It has a stunning view of the Intracoastal Waterway, or the downtown skyline. After your long day you can come back to the luxurious master bedroom's king bed, where you will rest peacefully on a king size bed. There is also an additional sleeping in the sectional sofa for an extra guest.

Poor property manager
We were not told there was valet parking, when description said parking we thought that meant included with pricing. The property manager for this unit gets zero rating. We sent the necessary documents 4 times and the agreement 3 times along with the explanation this was in my name but payment in my husbands name. We explained this each time but they couldn’t understand. We finally had to change the booking to my husband. This was after I had made a call through VRBO to actually talk to a person. Then it was 3 more calls, sending & signing forms once again to get things figured out. I had to call again to get check in information sent to us. Won’t book this unit again only because of their manager. Oh, also, the elevators take forever! We were on the 7th floor and walked it many times.

Overall it was a good vacation, but there were a few problems: weak internet, towel rack is loose and can’t be used,fire alarm was beeping the whole day and somebody was throwing stones into pool from upper floors. Luckily nobody was injured or worse

Weekend getaway - would give it a B-
The pictures displayed on Vrbo were very much accurate and everything was clean and tidy BUT location listed on the app was not accurate. Property was located across the bridge and not at the beach resort as it shows on Vrbo. Transparency is appreciated and very much necessary when booking. Aside for that inconvenience, it was a nice apartment for a weekend getaway.
