While I generally enjoyed the stay, the hotel is very dated and could use some upgrades for a hotel if this category. They do not offer Netflix although I spent time with an engineer and 2 support phone calls for an hour in vain - they should have known it was not possible. The toilet overflowed one night and it took a. Hour and 2 calls for someone to clean the flood. Had breakfast buffet and ordered from menu and food ok but overpriced. Compared to other locations, this one didn’t measure up.

I had a stay over in Miami due to Hurricane Milton and chose the Mandarin rather than stay overnight at the airport. Christopher at the front desk was very accommodating for my late night check-in and the view from the room was great.
