First rate service from the entire staff. Extra kudos to Victor. You need to keep him. We were hurricane refugees and the place was packed but the staff remained cool, calm, collected and genuinely friendly. Lof dogs and avoidable messes including mine but housekeeping was on it and everyone was cool. Highly recommended.

El peor hotel de la ciudad. Evítenlo a toda costa. Perdí 2 horas durante 2 días para encontrar 4 paquetes que recibí. Sólo pude encontrar 3 de ellos. No arreglaron la habitación a pesar de que lo pedí en 3 ocasiones. No hay ningún insumo en la habitación (minibar, cafetera, agua, etc.). La habitación es súper ruidosa, el ventilador del baño es ruidoso, no hay apagadores para la luz cerca de la cama, las luces de la cama no tienen electricidad. ¡Es terrible!
