They allowed me early check in as my room was available. Place is very clean and well maintained. Two minor negatives; one is the TV is not easy to operate and depends on the guest’s subscription to a package, second is staff availability is only from 10am-6pm!!

Worst stay ever
Worst hotel stay ever. As soon as we got to the room, the A/C wasn’t working and this area of Florida is very hot and humid. The hotel confirmed they would look into it, but the room never cooled off and we were not able to fall asleep. We were on the first floor and unable to open the window because there were people talking loudly right outside the window the entire night, so we had no A/C, and couldn’t open the window for circulation. Throughout this ordeal, we were communicating with the hotel who did not offer us another room with working ac nor did they refund/discount the cost of our room for the extreme discomfort we experienced.

Complete Disappointment. Web and reality mismatch.
Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms. They are clean, but in poor condition. Mine even included artwork hung upside down! Walls are damaged/nicked and in need of painting. Stains on the pillow cases. Broken ironing board. If I did not have to stay so close to my work, I would have left. Beware!

1. Room needs to be updated and fixed up! 2. Roku/tv controllers barely work. I click up or down on roku controller and it starts changing the volume 3. One night I was in the lobby with my wife and baby and a random guy walked in asking to charge his phone and the front desk girl asked him if he has a reservation at the hotel. He said no and the guy selling the tours at the hotel told him he can charge his phone if he gives the hotel a good review. 4. My wife came back to the hotel with the baby in the stroller and the tour guy at the front desk did not want to help her bring the stroller up the stairs because I did not book a tour with him. 5. I had to throw out my own garbage. Cleaning crew doesnt seem to clean everyday I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would get rid of that tour guy because he does no good for lowkl hotels! The rooms need to be fixed up as soon as possible.

It was okay for the 2 days... it was a chore getting extra toilet paper. No one was there to ask for help until the mornings. And sometimes it was just the travel guides helping out. Wouldn't stay there for a longer stay. Also felt like the room doors wasn't secure.

The employees were nice. The room was fine nit it was too hot. You can hear everything because of how thin the walls are. I asked 2 tomes to have our room cooled down but nothing was done. Went to the basement and saw not 1 but 3 cockroaches. I could only imagine how many there were in the room with me and the 2 pther people I'm with. Miami is honestly a horrible city and everyone is so rude. We left the same night we checked in. Horrendous.

Property was clean, in a great location and value for money. The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. The area was amazing to walk round or take the free trolley bus or bus into downtown Miami. We enjoyed our stay so we booked another 2 nights.

Old style South Beach.
Post cruise stay. Very different experience. The location was great. Beach was couple blocks away, not directly in front of hotel. Building was old and rooms were adequate. No adjustments for AC/heat. Decor wasn’t bad, but whoever did the work cut a lot of corners. Place is a bit sketchy looking. With that said, staff was ok. Rooms were clean and can’t beat the price for that location.
