Centrally located, great staff.
Excellent location, walking distance from Ocean Blvd restaurants, Espanola Way, Lincoln shopping, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. Great breakfast buffet! We loved Henry in the service desk as he was very easy going, friendly customer service, helpful in every question we had. My friend and I for sure will be coming back to this hotel on our next trip to Miami.

Nice place for Miami Beach. Only has a public parking garage but it is run by the city and looks very safe. I think it was $25 per night. I would choose this hotel again for Miami beach.

A great stay at the President Hotel. Nice breakfast and pool at sister hotel next door. Two free drinks were included. Henry checked us in and was a great help to us. Kevon helped us with our luggage and stored it away before and after we checked in and out - which was convenient. Nice and friendly staff. Great location a block away from Espanola Way and Ocean drive. The hotel suggested city and boat tour and it was totally worth it - going to Little Havana and nice boat tour of the affluent houses in Miami Beach.

Atendente da recepção esta de parabéns, o resto nao. Quando deu 11h, horário do check-out, bateram na nossa porta 3x em um período de 20 minutos. Desagradável. No quarto encontramos 3 aranhas, cabelos no banheiro, vazamento que deixava tudo molhada, todo dia tinhamos que solicitar novas toalhas para nao ficar tudo alagado.
