The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

PARKING: Daily parking with in and out 30.00 plus 15% tax= $34.50. Monthly parking is 300.00 plus 15% tax=$345.00. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Please be advised to pay parking in advance.

Some good things about the unit: nice and spacious, with a balcony. Loved the full kitchen and very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Valet was very nice and efficient. Unfortunately, there were many things that out-weighed the pros for this listing. It began by them giving us a different layout for our unit: 2 bed, 2 bath. We received a 2 bed, 1 bath which they graciously compensated for later. The TV in the living room was completely not functional, and the TVs in the bedrooms had cable and internet but would not connect to any devices. Maintenance service and resolution for this issue was very unreliable and never ended up getting back to us to fix it during our stay. We stayed there for a week and a half and there were no dressers in the rooms to put out things so we had to live out of our suitcases. The washer and dryer were very small and no laundry soap was provided. We were not provided cleaning supplies or a broom or mop to clean the floors. No extra toilet paper or paper towels until going to the front desk to be provided one roll each. There were no pantry items as advertised. Room and pool were not as depicted in the listing and the pool was not heated as advertised. The shower did not drain well at all. It’s no fun to sit in a puddle while trying to get clean. It also was inconvenient to have to go to a different building to access the gym and pool. I would definitely never book with Sextant Stays again. This is really an unfortunate stay.
