I love the safety of the property! Parking is not so bad. I don't have to hassle with checking in or checking out, its done before hand on the app. Keyless is very convenient. I don't have to worry about lossing my key or the key not working. I just get in and out just fine. The covenient stire is 24 hours across the street. And everyone is so accomodating and friendly. I can safely sit on the lounge and not be bothered. The place is amazing. AC is cold! After a long sweaty excursions, it was comfortable and nice in the facility. Coming back to my room feels amazing. Shower gels and shampoos smells nice. If only I knew they had great products I didn't had to bring any. They are in big bottles, i didn't have to ask for more.

This property has tons of potential and is in an ideal location. The entire place needs a good deep cleaning and more attention to important details. The elevator was broken all three days of our stay. Although it states it is family friendly, because of location it attracts partiers and we had to switch rooms after the first night due to noise and lack of sleep. Although our second room was much better noise wise, it still lacked cleanliness like the first room. There was visible mold in the bathrooms grout, dust all over baseboards and in the bedrames, and an entire drawer of the last guests underwear was found by our daughter in a desk drawer. The outside space could be lovely but needed a good wipe down/pressure washing. The staff was nice and accommodating, loved communication by app, but not sure I would stay here again. The Sonder has great potential to be awesome but def missed the mark for us.

I stayed at room #1101, the corridoor door that gives access to my room is opened all the time, very loudly. Also the room upstairs looks like has wood floors, quite annoying. The staff is really nice, specially the bar staff (hands down to Andrej).

I spent a week at Sonder and I absolutely love this place! Everything was perfectly convenient the property it’s well located, walkable distance to the beach, restaurants and Lincoln Road. The costumer service from all the staff were very friendly, polite, extremely helpful and very well manners! The property it’s been remodeled and will definitely make a huge impression for new guest! I’m very happy to find this property I will make Sonder my home away from home every time I visit Miami! Thank you for the great experience you guys make my vacation exceptional!

I came solo here for 4 days for my birthday. It was clean, theres a fridge, safe, luggage rack, comfortable bed. I would definitely come back. The bad reviews seem like the people are used to a one buildong holiday inn experience. This place is safe and walkable to everything you want.

It felt like a resort. Very beautiful, cozy, clean, & felt safe. Staff was the sweetest. Close to everything u need.The only thing was elevator in kenmore building not working so it was hard to go up 4 flights of stairs to the rooftop w/ my leg injury. The rooftop was 1 of the main reasons I chose the place otherwise it was perfection. I had the best vacation!!! Def booking there again next year.
