Los horarios de los shuttles no sirven como dan en la aplicación del hotel, si llegas pasado la media noche ya no funcionan, te toca tomar un Uber, la cama no es tan fonfortable, el buffet del desayuno es el mismo todos los días, algunos del staff son amables, otros no! El elevador un día sirve otro no, te sirve uno con la tarjeta y los botones no sirven tampoco!!

REAL and RECENT REVIEW‼️ Amazing hotel. Staff was kind and social. The bar made an amazing piña colada and they weren't stingy with the alcohol. Ambiance was amazing. The rooms were perfection as far as cleanliness and comfort. My kids loved the beds and slept right away. Only thing missing in the room was a microwave. The little store downstairs was convenient the next morning. The only issue I had was some of the items wouldn't scan and there was no one there to assist. Overall great place to stay!

If you have an overnight layover at Miami airport & want a comfy, clean, & convenient hotel…this is it! We had an unexpected overnight layover & the hotel was a breath of fresh air after that snaffoo. Literally. Smells SO good! There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we wanted to make the most of our unexpected adventure, so the staff offered recommendations about restaurants nearby. We chose the Cuban one across the street & would eat there again! Only issue was there are no crosswalks close to the hotel, so we safely played frogger to get there. All in all, 10/10 experience. Love & highly recommend!

The property was nice staff was friendly rooms were very clean. Housekeeping staff turned on lights in the evening and room was cleaned every day. Price of breakfast was too high at $40.00 per person there should be options available. Also complimentary tea or coffee in the lobby area would be nice rather than having to pay for everything. Overall good stay would stay again

Property is ok . Customer service is bad. No drinking water in the rooms and when asked why providing coffee in rooms , responded it is what it is. Pool closed. Noisy neighbors rooms . Shuttle waiting time from airport exceeded 50 mins

We had a great day but paid extra to book a pool view room however, the pool was out of service. And the patio was very dirty and filled with garbage. The breakfast they offered was $36 US per person which was very overpriced The location was great
