Bed very comfortable and roomy for two people. Bathroom and facilities were excellent for a one night stay. Little details thought of with lighting, mobile phone charging and the alarm clock. Airport shuttle was easy to catch and track. WiFi required us to call the desk to ask for the password, which was easy to do. Would recommend when transiting through MIA.

Not even close to 4 Star. Did not have Whatsapp for 2-3 Hours upon checking in. I did book breakfast included, which was not provided. Room did not have a Smart TV, even a two star hotel provides that. House keeping was once in 3 days. Unheard of. I intend to file a charge back for a full or partial Refund on the Hotel part of my Trup. No issue with the Airline. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
