Waited a while (over an hour) at the airport for a shuttle. When we did arrive to the hotel 4 shuttles sitting outside w/ all drivers sitting around. Asked the driver is this the typical time it takes to hail a shuttle and his response was they all deserve a break. I agree that workers deserve a break, but all at the same time?? Check in was quick, room smelled very musty, restaurant on site doesn’t open until 6pm.

This is my go-to hotel when visiting Miami. Great location near Miami international airport. Hotel is well kept and has good sized rooms and amenities. Ample parking is present though it is not free. Staff is excellent. There is a nice bar and restaurant near the lobby.
