Great stay at New Years. Perfect location and beautiful hotel. Jasmine was wonderful and helped us check in and out as well as get items like more coffee and laundry detergent. We will be back for sure. I highly recommend this hotel.

WAs new and employees doing all they could to help on a crazy busy d a y. Checking out became a horrid and exasperating experience. Tbey surcharged me for parking, other amenities, that I was NEVER ADVISED OF AND put it on my chargecard without my authorization. Ghey have never responded to my and my cards requests to refund the nite we DIDMT stay.

Check in great. Room very nice and well stocked with snacks and beverages. Washer and dryer in the room a bonus. Beds comfortable. Lighting in room and bathroom very poor. No daily room service. Had to ask for .ore towels, only 2 in the room. Towel bar laying on the floor, told front desk, never fixed. Good place to stay with family, close to everything and not be on south beach.

Great stay, but….
Front desk was great at check in, bell service was very helpful. Room was outstanding, clean, comfortable and stocked with more than we could ask for. It’s literally across the street from tons of live entertainment, restaurants and shops. Downside was the description of the ‘cafe’ which we had planned our morning for. There was no ‘cafe’ It was a cart by the door with a coffee carafe that was empty. Same for the condiments. I asked the uninterested employee standing by the desk where the cafe was and she pointed at the cart. I told her it was empty and the only response I got was, ‘I’ll tell them’ as she proceeded to text someone and dismiss me. We’d definitely stay again, but definitely plan on somewhere else for coffee and any type of breakfast.

The hotel itself is very nice. Perhaps on a different day, our experience would have been better. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready so we had to wait an hour and a half for our room. We were also not offered a welcome cocktail or beverage coupons as advertised. The room was very nice and spacious, but the items offered in the kitchen area were lacking. There were no paper towels, dish towels, baking sheets, etc. We called down to find out if we could get a baking sheet. We were told that they would either bring one up or call us if they did not have one. We never received a call or the sheet. The hotel restaurant was closed (we were never informed). We called concierge to get recommendations for dinner. They sent us a list for brunch which was not helpful. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the customer service was certainly lacking.
