Great property. The pool party is fun. Drinks are very expensive. The front desk employees are great. The restaurant bartender was very unprofessional, leading my friends and I to not return. All in all, it was an average experience. The bathroom shower pressure was weak and would leak.

Overall a pleasant stay. Particularly thankful for the hotel manager for offering the right assistance and the staff were very warm both at reception and in the restaurant. Great location on South Beach. The decor is eye catching throughout, and the hotel feels open and spacious. The room itself was nice and bright, if a little small/tight. I travelled solo and can't imagine comfortably sharing the space with another person. Good sized fridge and safe which was great. Things that could have made the stay better: having a steamer and DND sign in the room, the ability to open the window to let fresh air in, thorough cleaning during the housekeepers visit (bathroom), bedding without any visibile stains. A kettle or coffee maker in the room. The price of $7 tax for a 60ml bottle of water was disappointing.

The property itself is nice and very well located. The cleanliness on the other hand, was quite poor. I've stayed there for 10 nights in total and they didn't change the bedsheets once.

This place was a little unconventional as compared to other hotels I've stayed in around the world. I don't know about the more expensive rooms, but my queen size room was kinda set up like a college dorm. This isn't a complaint! But if you are looking for a spacious room, that's not it. However, the decor was super cool, the bathroom was adorable (no tub just a shower). The AC worked great. Blackout curtains. The bed was comfy but the pillows, in my opinion, were not comfy at all. The staff was fantastic! You get a glass of prosecco upon check in. I didn't eat at the restaurant but spent a lot of time at the bar, where the staff was like old friends. Dylan, freedom, really awesome guys. I spent the most time with them but the other bar staff was awesome too. Had some delicious bar food as well. I'm moving down to Miami soon and they gave me some good advice and I made some friends as well! I would recommend goodtime for a solo traveler like me or even a couple. If I ever get the opportunity I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my 44th birthday an unforgettable one!!

The place is great. Unfortunately the few days we were in Miami aligned with "spring break" so the Hotel pool was outsourced to an event which meant that as a hotel guest you could not use the lawn chairs, beds, etc and had to basically join in the raunch fest. Not ideal for families at all. Luckily the hotel coordinated with another hotel where we could go and use their pool but it wasn't as a nice a pool. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the awesome pool so it was very disappointing that we were displaced by the raunchy spring break house parties that took place every day we were there.

TINY ROOMS. The smallest room I have ever seen and awkward layout. Bathroom was not clean, I was there for 3 days and 2 nights and my room was not cleaned once. And not cheap! Look elsewhere!! Staff was nice though that was the only saving grace. There is a pool party fridays that bring a lot of riff raff into the hotel and there are no beds/lounges to lay out and relax in which is the point of vacation.

I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms are adorable and the two heated pools are excellent! The hotel is conveniently located next to shops restaurants and the beach. Would definitely come back.
