The location of the "hotel" is excellent. The staff are friendly and very keen to make your stay a positive one. The rooms are extremely noisy, both between each other and to the outside. A room facing 5th Street guarantees sleepless nights. The condition of the rooms is just about acceptable; in Europe, the hotel would be classified as a 2-star hotel, just above a youth hostel. The renovation status can be described as "cosmetic". However, the air conditioning outlet is really unacceptably dirty, but the rest makes a clean impression, which is reinforced by the smell of chlorine cleaner. The parking garage is an absolute must if you travel by car, even if it is two streets away. Parking on the street is not possible. - There is virtually no value for money. But this is a phenomenon that occurs in all hotel categories in South Beach during the high season, so it comes as no surprise.

Perfect hotel! Stayed (7) days for my birthday in September . Free beach cruisers on site 4 guest 2 use. Onsite bar and coffee house. Close to the beach and restaurants. This was an amazing stay! Certainly would stay there again!

Convenient and affordable for South beach visits. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Appreciate they provided the beach towels. We stayed for 4 nights and 3 nights were fine but the last one some guests talked loudly in public areas passing midnight. There was no hotel reception onsite so we didn’t know what to do.

Room was clean and nice. Hotel is in the very good location, everything within short walk distance, great restaurants around. Beach is just a few minutes walk, and steers are nice and shady, walks are very enjoyable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I am sure we will be back.

Check in was done via text & the Hotels app messenging which was a little new to us. Room was spotless, the location was great for walking around, and there is a cute cafe connected to the lobby. The parking garage is a block away and only the elevators nearest the alley are for public use.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean. One sharibg about tge design of our room, The air con outlets are set on ceiling above the bed. Air con was blowing out above head when lie on bed, so we have to cover heads when sleep.
