The location of the "hotel" is excellent. The staff are friendly and very keen to make your stay a positive one. The rooms are extremely noisy, both between each other and to the outside. A room facing 5th Street guarantees sleepless nights. The condition of the rooms is just about acceptable; in Europe, the hotel would be classified as a 2-star hotel, just above a youth hostel. The renovation status can be described as "cosmetic". However, the air conditioning outlet is really unacceptably dirty, but the rest makes a clean impression, which is reinforced by the smell of chlorine cleaner. The parking garage is an absolute must if you travel by car, even if it is two streets away. Parking on the street is not possible. - There is virtually no value for money. But this is a phenomenon that occurs in all hotel categories in South Beach during the high season, so it comes as no surprise.
