Good little spot. Its a mix between older S. FL and the newer spots but very nice. Great pool area, veranda. Pool is insulated well from the bike trail, quick walk to the beach. Staff was great and very helpful and pleasant. I'll be back.

The staff are really nice, especially the restaurant staff at breakfast and the checking/check out staff. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, with quality produce and lovely area to sit, whether inside or outside. There is a falcon man stops any unwanted visitors for the outdoor areas. Bedroom has a large comfortable bed and pillows to match. Good quality shower products, loved the shower gel, and there lots of mirrors. Recommend having two glasses instead of one to share in the bathroom, and offering shower cap as feedback. The bedroom had ideal location of power sockets to plug your phone chargers in next to bed (sounds simple but not always the case in hotels). Our room had loads of drawers for storage. Robes and towels were soft and clean, no slippers though, another recommendation for the hotel to change. Water comes at a price but the bathroom tap water cold enough to drink to avoid paying. The hotel will add a charge for using beverages and snacks even if you haven’t touched them, but will remove them if you call them to complain, it’s strange and unpleasant practice to do to your guests when you are trying to relax on holiday. Recommend you get someone to check the room during checkout or ask the staff the restock the room. Spa was lovely, I do recommend using it, we had couples massage with extras and it was good. Great the hotel employees older more experienced staff. Also the whole time I was there you could see staff cleaning a lot

We really enjoyed our stay - this is the second time we have booked at Palms. Our first stay was definitely better, this time around we did feel the service could use some work. The bartender couldn't be bothered, as well, when requesting room cleaning they failed to stock up on coffee/clean the mugs and replenish our glassware with clean glassware. We had gotten the floor a bit messy (kids), and it wasn't cleaned so I had to do quite a bit of room cleaning myself to keep the room liveable. The front desk and bellhops were great, very friendly! Again, the overall stay was great and I understand it's high season and busy season, but I definitely want to continue coming back and referring the hotel to my friends.

Our family absolutely loved the Palm! The property was clean and well maintained. The service was excellent from all employees and the quality of food and drink was good as well. A big thank you to Deseul the Pool Attendant for helping our family throughout our stay, he was very kind and thoughtful- his work ethic was like nothing I’ve ever seen before in my many years of travelling! We’ll be back.
