Good location

Great location in downtown Miami with a good sized room. Only downside was that the air con was restricted and so overnight it was a little uncomfortable trying to sleep. Bar downstairs sells coffee and pasties, but I wouldn’t recommend as they were very overpriced and stale.

The rooms are bizarre. Toilet and shower in the room next to the bed. The light system is so complicated. Looks amazing but not user friendly. Front desk are nice enough but so so unorganized. Had issues with billing even though I cleared it with them and had the invoice prior to leaving the food

The hotel was very high tech. They did not have face towels in the room. The worst part was going to the bar, to order cofeee or food, they ignored the blacks but ran to serve other races as if I were not of importance.

The check process was through a kiosk and it was easy and self explanatory. I always clean my hotel room upon checking to my standards and I can say that this hotel really cleans the room. I used Clorox wipes to wipe down my room and they were dirty after being used.

Location great, size of room great, clean facilities and friendly staff. The glass cabin for the toilet and shower were odd - not good for sharing a room or when someone has to get up much earlier than the other person. The room was really big so there definitely would have been enough space to have an actual room with a door. Still great value for the money.
