I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms - the food / restaurant staff were great as well as the reception.
On the other hand the hotel was noisy on the weekends with loud music far into the early morning. The noise wasn’t contained as it was loud music in the courtyard. The neighborhood was equally very noisy for three nights into the early mornings with night club music or church over loud speakers.
One night an alarm went off at 4:15am and loudly rang 25 minutes. No apologies were made for all these noises.
The corridors were not cleaned and when it rained it was wet and there was no clean up of the standing water.
The hotel has many uneven steps throughout the building and the alert notices were badly placed as they were hidden and effaced in many places. I, a client fell and sustained a nasty blow on my leg at one of these uneven steps. The hotel staff was helpful and offered taking me to the hospital the next day in case my pain and swelling persisted. They also had a first aid ket and offered help with icing of my swollen leg. They also apologized. My leg pain is a bit less at this point and I’ll go for an X-ray now that I’m back in the US.
Some of the rails on the verandas / corridors are shaking and therefore unsafe.
For the amount of money paid for this hotel - is not justified based on the many issues mentioned. There wasn’t even an iron ( must request one) There was no microwave.. no coffee pot or even complimentary tea or coffee.
