Lounge room & fold out sofa becomes a second bedroom. Fully self-contained and private, though adjacent to other guest accommodations.

Relaxed Stay
Loved our stay here, fire lit by owner for our arrival. All the amenities you could need, surrounded by picturesque green rolling hills and a 3 minute walk to picture perfect snelling beach. So glad we stayed here.

Middle river stay
We had two nights at this lovely property and it was excellent. Friendly and responsive host. The photos depict the property perfectly. It is a lovely old cottage. Could do with a few upgrades to the kitchen and also a new sofa bed but didn’t effect our stay. The views down to the beach are divine , especially at sunset. Easy walk to beach also and the resident red Kellie beach dog was so sweet !
