Our stay was overall ok, the service was good but our room was pretty outdated compared to others. We had a couple shelves broke in the bathroom. The front desk associate was not as helpful as they could have been, and the cleanliness of our room could have been better, but wasn't bad. Everywhere else within the property seemed clean though. The kids enjoyed the pool, and it was well maintained. The restaurant/bar in this hotel was very good, I would recommended recommend.

Great quick stay.
We stayed because of the proximity to the Rupp Center. It was convenient, well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and our room was very clean. Downside was traffic (hot rods on the street) was a bit loud.

Rooms are outdated and furniture is in poor shape. Bathroom had several holes in the wall with temporary plates and make shift toilet paper holder. Noisy as some kind of mechanical room was next to us. Key cards to activate elevator was inconsistent. Adjacent to Rupp Arena is about the only reason I would stay there again.

Sad tit got that bad
Did not clean the home and we requested it and was told it would be done. No tolet paper the showers took forever to get hot The ceiling looked like it was going to or had fallen in. The only good thing was Larry the van driver. From cape Charles va. He was the best. Valet got pissed when my wife did not tip him We Will travel with Hilton from on.

My partner went to school at UK, and we stay at this hotel every year when we come to visit. It never disappoints. It’s next door to the RUPP arena, Lexlive (bowling/movies/bar/restaraunt) is across the street, the college bars are all walkable, the university is right there, it is SO convenient. The hotel itself has a beautiful bar and restaraunt, the staff is very friendly and the room are clean and really comfortable. It is very worth the money
