Pokój w hotelu był czysty obsługa miła i pomocna, największą zaletą jest bliskość do morza, duży i tani parking na terenie hotelu, plac zabaw dla dzieci oraz winda. Z wad można wymienić brak na wyposażeniu pokoju lodówki oraz łazienka mogła by być bardziej nowoczesna jak na 3 gwiazdki brakuje również klimatyzacji w pokoju.

Der er ingen tvivl om at Eden er Mielnos stolthed, og det er virkeligt fine faciliteter, enhver opfattelse af østland blegner, når man er på Eden. Desværre er området stort set udelukkende præget af Polske turister (og der er MANGE), ikke at der er noget galt med polakkerne - tværtimod, men ALT står og foregår på Polsk, og der er ikke meget hensynstagen til os der ikke forstår et ord Polsk. Dette gælder også servicen på hotellet, man får pludselig en irettesættelse fordi man SKAL sidde på et håndklæde i saunaen, men vi har ikke haft nogen mulighed for at vide det. Selve Eden og faciliteterne på stedet var fremragende, min kæreste og vores datter fik behandlinger i wellness området, og var meget tilfredse … Det der trækker mest ned, både i den samlede vurdering og ikke mindst serviceoplevelsen, er "restauranten", vi var der én dag til morgenmad, og så besluttede vi at blive væk … Udover det var kedelig mad, så var akustikken elendig og personalet havde ikke en antydning af et smil. Det skal siges, at vi var i de nyere familielejligheder (to etagers "rækkehuse"), så selve hotelværelserne kan vi ikke svare for. Selve byen var fantastisk, det er rent ud sagt utroligt man ikke har hørt om den før, lige fra rent turisthelvede og til de hyggeligste spisesteder, og der er MEGET at vælge imellem (til rimelige priser)! Wifi kan jeg ikke bekræfte at de har! Vi manglede aircon (denne sommer), måske det ikke altid er et behov ..?

Hotellet er egentlig ok når man ankommer, personalet er ok, beliggenheden er god, men så er det også det. Boede der i 3 dage og fik ikke gjort rent, reddet seng ogl. i de 3 dage. :-/ Restauranten åbnede først kl.8 om morgenen, kvaliteten af morgenmaden var ikke speciel god og vi fjernede både bestik og tallerkener som ikke var vasket ordentlig op, så der skal madrester på dem. Værelset var stort, toilettet ikke særlig stort og det hele bar præg af at være “træt” og slidt. Der var stort set ikke noget vandtryk, så brusebad var som at stå uden for en dag hvor i støvregnen. Det er ikke et sted jeg kommer tilbage til tror jeg, så næste gang bliver det et ophold på et af de andre hoteller tæt ved stranden...

Trevlig pool och SPA. Nya lägenhete/stugor i två plan med IKEA inredning. Finns även gamla lägenheter och hotell. Dålig WiFi.

Mycket prisvärt
Vi använde bara hotellet för genomresa, så vi använde aldrig SPA-möjligheterna. Trevlig lägenhet och rolig lekplats för vår son. Det enda som vi var lite missnöjda med var att wifi fungerade mycket dåligt och att det inte fanns mörka gardiner, vilket gjorde att det blev väldigt ljust i sovrummet på morgonen.

Raczej ośrodek wczasowy niż hotel. Część hotelowa, spa i basen po remoncie, apartamenty (osobne budynki po 5 apartamentów) są zupełnie nowe. Miła uczynna obsługa, bardzo ładna część basenowa i spa, apartamenty łanie (choć oszczędnie) urządzone. Wszystko na zdjęciach wygląda lepiej niż w rzeczywistości, widać że właściciel bardzo oszczędzał na jakości materiałów. Na przykład łazienki w apartamentach są na b. słabym poziomie, wszystkie materiały bardzo budżetowe, widać, że wszystko zaczyna się sypać. Pleśń na fugach, uszkodzona słuchawka prysznica, pęknięty uchwyt itd. itd. Na każdym kroku widać wielkie oszczędności. Niestety dotyczy to nie tylko budowy, ale i obecnej eksploatacji hotelu. Sprane ręczniki, szary papier toaletowy, zimna sauna... Trochę szkoda...

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok. Hier und da kleine Abstriche wie das Essen das Angeboten wird, ein paar kleine Haken wie zb. das nichts in Englisch/Deutsch oder einer anderen Sprache ausser Polnisch ist. Daher etwas schwer sich zurecht zu finden. Personal ist sehr bemüht und aufmerksam.Super empfand ich das Wellness Angebot.

Das Hotel bleibt in schlechter Erinnerung
Kein Zimmerservice Kein BETTENMACHEN, Keine ZIMMERREINIGUNG Alte vergraute Badetücher farblich zusammengewürfelt NUR ZWEI BADETÜCHER keine kleinen Handtücher.Wasserhahn im Waschbecken tröpfelte nur kein richtiger Strahl Dünnes Laken auf der nackten Mattraze kein Hygieneschutz darunter eklig!!!! Balkon ziemlich runtergekommen und mit Nachbarzimmer geteilt. Zwei billige Plastikstühle aber kein Tisch. Kein weiteres Toilettenpapier ( Die erste Rolle war wie Schmiergelpapier wo kann man sowas kaufen?) Nur ein Nachtisch Die zweite Person konnte dann ihre Sachen auf den dreckigen Teppichboden stellen hatte aber auch keine Nachtischlampe Internet????? Wie und wann?? Ging so gut wie gar nicht. Deutsche TV- Sender? NEIN Schöne Aussicht? AUF WOHNWAGEN und AUTOS! Für unseren Kleinen Hund zählten wir Sage und schreibe 350 Zloty für 7 Nächte ABZOCKE!!!! Noch nicht mal gestaubsaugt wurde obwohl der Flur sandig (vom Strand) war Es war so schrecklich, dass man ganz viel Humor brauchte um noch das Beste draus zu machen. UNMÖGLICH!!!!!!!!

Gute Lage
Das Hotel Eden wird auf expedia anders vorgestellt als es wirklich ist. Die Bilder zeigen die aprtements die gegenüber dem Hotel sind. Wir wurden getäuscht mit einem luxus den es dann aber nicht gab. Unser Zimmer hatte ein ganz simples WC und ein kleines Zimmer, fertig. 4. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl! Wir erwarteten ein schönes 2 Etagiges Apartment mit küche und schönem Bad. Dafür war die lage sehr gut, nah dem Strand und Restaurants. Der Fischmarkt war Klasse . Das Schwimmbad ist neu und die Saunen waren sehr sauber jnd entspannend. Die Preise für Massagen und Kosmetik sind preiswert. Frühstuck inkl. Beinhaltete ein gutes Buffet . Lecker. Das Hotel ist eher was für Familien mit Kindern und oma opa, nix für paare!!!!

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Strandes
Das Hotel entspricht den Beschreibungen im Internet. Unser Apartment war groß, sauber und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Unser Apartment besaß eine Terasse mit Sonnenliege, Tische, Stühle und Sonnenschirm. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, neben Kühlschrand gab es sogar eine Mikrowelle. Das Apartment hatte genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich die Stube mit einer Schlafcouch. In der oberen Etage war ein großes Doppelbett und genügend Platz für weitere Liegen oder Matratzen. In einem Schrank befand sich noch eine Klappliege. Die obere Etage hatte einen eigenen Balkon mit Tisch und Wäschestände zum Trocken der Handtücher.Der Innenpool (30Grad) des Hotels war eine gute Alternative zur kalten Ostsee (16 Grad). In der Umgebung gab es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Das Hotel bot am Abend auch Animationsprogramme für Kinder und Erwachsene(z.B. Zumba) an. Vor dem Hotel befand sich ein Beachvolleyballplatz und ein großer Sandkasten für Kinder, zum Teil mit Überdachung gegen die Sonne. Im Hotel konnte man Massagen und andere Anwendungen buchen. Leider war alles nur auf polnisch, gelegentlich auf englisch geschrieben. Daher haben wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.
