This was a no frills hotel that was perfect for one night in Milan. I was coming from the train station and it was a quick walk over with my bags. The staff was super friendly and helpful for the most part. The room itself was okay. The bathroom was dirty and someone had drank part of a water in the mini bar. I liked that there was a mini fridge though.

Very nice hotel staff were amazing and the hotel was so clean down the street from the train station and the walk to the center is not even that far. Definitely recommend it.

The property itself was ok, but the staff not so much. The cleaning staff opened my room door to clean without even knocking and that was terrible! When I went for the breakfast I got treated like I was going to steal something listen you got all my info how am I even going to steal something ???

We showed up to the hotel and booked 2 premium superior rooms. When we arrived they said they have the rooms in an Annex building which was not a hotel with a lobby. It was a building with apartments and we were out on the 5th floor. Room was ok the biggest issue was the ac did not work. We spoke to manager and they sent several employees to make sure we had ac unit on correctly. We slept in a very hot room because the ac did not work, very disappointed.

The property was great for our one night in Milan. It's location near the central train station makes it an ideal Transit Hotel. We also found a very good restaurant nearby. The room was clean and well equipped including the bathroom. I would certainly stay here again if I needed to overnight in Milan near the train station.
