This is a very tired property located opposite a hostel and a MacDonalds - expect to hear noise late into the night. The room I was given was slightly larger than a cupboard, was very tired, poor/lumpybed and a horrible bathroom. Shower had no spray head and drain was blocked - lots of black stuff floated up into shower tray - lovely! Insulation between rooms non-existant which is a plus if you want to hear conversations in adjoining rooms. Avoid

Great hospitality

Really great reception, very friendly and nice. The room was well air-conditioned, but perhaps too much even! We also wish that we could have had hotter water for our shower. We still would recommend this hotel very much because it is in a great location and the hotel staff were extremely kind.

When we arrived told there was fire 2 days before and hotel was closed. Helped us find another hotel but was at a more inconvenient location. Said it was less expensive ot was not. Said they would pay for taxi they did not.

There was a fire in one of the rooms the second day of our stay, the staff took almost 6-7 hours to arrange alternate arrangements. They are not trained to deal with such situations. We had to ask for a second towel and a water bottle for our room, small issue but they did provide on request.

We stayed in Milan for two nights and this hotel is in the perfect location. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Great transport links for buses, trams and metro. Hotel was very clean and staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

It's within walking distance of the Duomo Plaza and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and pretty.

It was a clean room but the WiFi at times was not working and the TV didn’t work at all. One panel was falling off the bed, too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and that very much made up for imperfects elsewhere.

I recently had a fab stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and all the places I wanted to see were 10 mins walk in any direction. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday... Staff very friendly and helpful... Would definitely stay again...

Cute Hotel in the Heart of Milan

This is a super cute hotel 10 min walking distance from Duomo. Staff is very friendly, professional and polite. The room was small but so cute - with a small balcony, very Italian. Loved it! Great linens; they provide slippers. Bathroom is small but very cute. Great lobby! Loved and would love to go back!

Great location and very welcomed. The staff are all polite and the bathroom is very nice. Only bad thing was it was very warm in the hotel and the bed were 2 singles pushed together and not a double bed so i kept falling through the gap in the middle
