A little deceitful
We tried to use the TV and at the end they just told us the TV in that area of the building was not working. We couldn’t use the AC. It didn’t work. They said it was because of city regulations.. really?

Around a lot of shopping and dining. The room was large and very clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t have AC during our stay as they limit the use of AC during this time of year in Milan. We were offered a fan as an alternative which was a plus.

This was a beautiful hotel centrally located next to the D’Uomo. The hotel was upscale newly renovated clean and very modern. It’s next to amazing shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back when I visit Milan again.

A gem in the city of Milan, excellent location! Walkable to Duomo Cathedral and Emmanuel shopping mall, McDonalds is also nearby. The staff are all nice and helpful. The room is clean and modernly designed. The mini kitchen and the rest of the amenities are just wonderful especially the mini kitchen! Thankful we have it in our room accommodation since we came late and the restaurants were already closed. My daughter enjoyed the smart tv to connect to her favorite YouTube channels and my husband with Netflix. We will stay again if given the chance to come back to Milan!

The location is great. Property is dated. Nothing looks like what portrayed in the pictures. Our first room was really bad even though it’s not their standard room. They finally moved us to a different room that’s slightly better. The staff did finally cooperating and trying to make things better. Just wish it was described more accurately.

A great find in Milan
Quick, efficient check in . Room very large with bedroom separated from living. Small kitchenette with essential kitchen ware. Complementary small bottle of wine and a few other little gifts. Very convenient to the Duomo and city centre.

While two guest families including ours are waiting for luggage pick up, the representative a gentleman with grey hair and is in suites keeps talking on the phone without responding the two guests standing right in front of him for more than 7mins. We had to speak to a cleaner who is wiping the floor to help. The staff service is not professional neither friendly. One of the bath towel is simply dirty with a long stripe of black mark. Safe does not work. Will not return and do not recommend.
