Staff was helpful and pleasant, shuttle was on time and the room was quiet and clean. I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing to spend the night before flying out the next day.

Outstanding restaurant a few blocks from the hotel! Very good and a great way to end a long travel day! Love the shuttle service. Only wish they had a WhatsApp number for contacting the property for airport pickup

When we checked in for 2 rooms we were told breakfast was included. My daughter and her friend went to breakfast and had breakfast. When we went to breakfast we were told that there would be a charge for our breakfast, so we left without eating. When we went to check out they charged us for 4 breakfasts. Rooms are very dated.

I can recommend First Hotel without hesitation for an overnight stay at Malpensa - the staff are excellent and the shuttle service from the airport was very efficient, came within minutes of my call even though it was 2:30 AM. Genuinely friendly greeting at the front desk, room was clean and comfortable, good bathroom (amazing water pressure in the shower!) and the breakfast options were very generous - cereals, fruits, cold cuts & cheese, scrambled eggs and ham, pastries, fruit tart, range of juices & hot drinks. Would stay here again.

Great location for the airport. Far enough away to mean no noise but close enough to get there quickly for an early flight. The hotel's shuttle service was excellent and our driver was great. One tiny thing was that the TV gave off lots of light in standby mode & we couldn't turn it off so we had to stand a case in front of it.

This property is great for an overnight stay close to Malpensa Airport. There is an airport shuttle which is charged, alternatively take the free airport shuttle between terminals and get off at the stop between terminals. Maybe a 5 to 8 minute walk from there.

The restaurant on property was closed. The internet on tv didn't work. So you couldn't watch apps like netflix. One restaurant in town that opened at 7pm. You had to call front desk to have them turn your air conditioning on to use. You had to pay for shuttle service, and breakfast
