we loved the hotel it was great. The cleaning staff and food staff were great but some of the hotel staff at the front desk were so rude and the types of words said that it appeared to be racist. Which made for an uncomfortable stay in a beautiful unique old hotel.

Really good location, right across from Missori metro stop and in a great area. Had a courtyard room so was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Bathroom could probably do with an upgrade but was spotless clean. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the hotel given the price we paid, kind of old world charm

I'm an older woman who travels by myself. I felt very safe and comfortable here. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was very clean. It's a short walk to the Milan Duomo and other attractions. The staff was able to get taxis quickly for me for the places that were not walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful very old hotel, but I found part of the front desk staff to be rather stuffy and presumptuous. We arrived at noon and they stores our bags he gave us some suggestions to sightsee then come back at 3pm. We decided to go to Murano and he rather insisted they would do taxi to a glass factory. After that we went to Burano so didn't get back until 6pm. I felt like we had the last available room given to us even though we reserved months earlier. It was 111, at the end of a side hall, very dark with window that looked to a brick wall. On the good side breakfast was excellent and the bath quite modernized.

This hotel is the perfect location for visiting Milan City Center, easy walking to the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, & La Scala. The hotel staff were kind, courteous, & helpful, and my room was ready when I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, many choices of pastries, croissants, fruits, cheeses, eggs, sausage, prosciutto bacon, fresh juice, coffee & cappuccino. After a long day of sightseeing we ordered room service for our evening meal, and the service was quick and delicious. Hotel Brunelleschi is pleasant clean, comfortable and I would recommend it for visiting Milan.

Great location. Old fashioned.

This hotel was ideal situated just minutes from the very centre of the city. Literally 5 mins walk from the Duomo. The service was good the breakfast was good. My only comment is the rooms are really old fashioned. Every thing worked and was clean but so so old fashioned.

Classy hotel near the historical area

The checkin was quick. The room was quite high-tech, and the signs were hard to intérprete, but Roberto of the front desk came to the room and patiently showed me how to manage the safe, switches, etc. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, but the room was too small, and tables were too close to one another. Servers were attentive, but sometimes too attentive, and unfinished dishes were almost taken away. We had to check out a day earlier than booked, and there was no problem paying for one night less. We appreciated that.
