Overall Good

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean but the roll-down shade was broken so I could not access daylight. The matress was a little uncomfortable but I still slept well. The breakfast was a lovely buffet and the food service workers were simply amazing. They made me feel welcome even though I don't speak Italian and they made the most wonderful coffee.

welcoming and helpful staff. room was smaller than i expected. air conditioning was not very good. i was unable to keep room cool. As it was on main road, not able to open the window due to noisy traffic. bathroom was good. breakfast was very good. very near to metro station and tram stations.

I checked out at 4:00 AM and I wasn’t given any receipt. I was told it will be emailed but I haven’t received anything yet. Also they are still blocking £114 on my other credit card even if I paid the full amount at the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and nice all the time. Very walkable with restaurants and metro near by. Trams run in front of hotel. Breakfast on top of hotel was excellent.

El hotel es un edificio antiguo restaurado, es precioso, me encantaron las terminaciones y muy bien cuidado. Las camas y almohadas son de buena calidad, los baños impecables, buenísimo el desayuno tipo bufete, el comedor esta en una terraza con una linda vista. Mi única critica es la limpieza de la terraza de la habitación.

Why am I getting asked to review when I haven’t used sixty in years?! They emailed me to tell me that a court declared that they owed me money. I replied “great, please send me the money” and then they replied that they didn’t agree with the court’s decision and wouldn’t send me money. I’m assuming this is why they’re now asking for a review… at the end of the day, weird interaction, weird customer support, and bad service when I actually did use them years ago. Never again.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The elevator was kind of small but it works properly. The only issue was there were no air conditioning but I leave the window open and problem solved.
