Acceptable hotel in Milan but nothing exceptional
Acceptable hotel in Milan but overpriced considering the level of services offered. Rooms are in general small, especially the single ones. It is ok for a short stay but for longer ones I think there are better options in Milan.

Acceptable hotel in Milan but overpriced
Acceptable hotel for a short stay in Milan. Rooms are small (especially the single ones) so sometimes you really feel the lack of space available. The breakfast selection is limited but run by a couple of really nice and friendly ladies. In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced considering the rooms and services offered. The neighbourhood is ok with different restaurant options and around 35 minutes walking from the tourist city centre.

Great place but didn't appreciate the room change.
No Tissues, no kettle. Had to change rooms even though it was only a 2 night stay. We were not told upfront about the room change and was actually informed by the cleaners. WiFi was great! It was fast and we had reliable connection. Quiet neighbourhood, comfortable bed and good shower control. Inclusive mini bar with water and champagne. Limited range for complimentary breakfast. Staff are really nice. There is a bus that goes straight into town in front of the hotel and it takes about 25mins.

Lovely boutique hotel in Milano
Very nice hotel in a lovely location in Milan. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the provided breakfast was ample and of good quality. Highly recommended.

Charming hotel
Hotel Susa is a nice hotel in a quiet area just outside of the city center. It's just a short walking distance to the suburban train line, which easily connected to the Milan metro system. The room was quiet and air conditioned. It was a little on the small side, but very efficient use of space and very comfortable overall. Breakfast was a great assortment of fruit, pastries, yogurts, fresh juice and cappuccinos.

Great place to stay.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were so clean and the bathroom was great. The extra treats in the room was above and beyond. It was nice to wake up to a good breakfast. I would recommend this room to anyone.

Nice hotel in a residential neighborhood.
Super service and very nice accommodations. They serve a lovely, complimentary breakfast from 7-10 am but since we had to leave for the airport by 6 the staff had the breakfast all out for us by 5:30! Walkable to the cathedral and Milan central.

Quiet, Small, Just What We Needed
We needed a place to stay one night before we continued traveling in Itally. The staff spoke enough English to assist us in everything we needed. The room was clean, small and quiet, perfect for what we needed. The free mini-bar was refreshing after a terrible trek from the airport, the prosecco is just what we needed. The hotel was about 20 minutes from downtown, a very nice walk through a residential neighborhood. The breakfast was great, they had excellent coffee and gluten free items.

Nice hotel close to Linante Airport.
Very reasonable in a nice neighborhood and close to the airport for a morning flight. Only complaint was air conditioner was not very cooling. It was a very hot day however. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well prepared.

Turns out to be much better than the ratings.
Overall quality and experience were excellent for this little gem - much above the lower rating it had been given. Highly recommended - great price too, includes refreshments in room and breakfast. Can't go wrong!

The Perfect Hotel
We walked into our room and was surprised to see how modern it was. The mini fridge was stocked with snacks, water, and wine, which were all complimentary. Each and every one of the hotel staff was wonderful in assisting us with whatever we needed. They called our cabs, walked us out to the front, helped us with luggage, everything imaginable. They showed us our room and told us everything we needed to know about Milan. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and extremely well-prepared. The hotel is sleek, remodeled, and very, very comfortable. It was, by far, my favorite hotel while traveling through Europe. Not so much because of the rooms, but because of the service. The front desk management, the wait staff, the cooks, they were all amazing. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Susa and are definitely recommending it to all of our friends and family.

Very affordable and not too far from city center.
Nice clean room, simple breakfast, free drinks and snacks all day. We really enjoyed walking to see all the sights. It's less than 2 miles and all very flat. Plenty to see along the way.

Great hotel with excellent service
The only thing that I cannot give 5* is the location - you need to take a 15-minute bus ride or a taxi (10euro) to get to Duomo but other than that the hotel is perfect - almost new. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Everybody is super nice. Breakfast buffet should satisfy everybody - eggs, cold cuts, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice (!), cereals etc.
