We’ve been to Room mate Giulia 4 times and it’s our go-to place in Milan. The service and staff are amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. It is right in the heart of the Galleria next to the Duomo. Looking forward to returning there soon.

I loved the Junior Suite and the hotel’s absolutely perfect location — everything was within easy reach and the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t inform guests about the major construction happening right in front of the property. The street was closed, and carrying our luggage to the entrance was a real hassle. Additionally, I was offered a welcome drink at check-in, declined at the time, and was told I could have it later — but I was surprised to find it charged to my bill. A lovely stay overall, but transparency and communication could be improved.

This hotel is perfectly located just steps from the Duomo and the Galleria. Very clean and comfortable. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. I arrived from an overseas flight very sick with either a virus or food poisoning. The staff took great care of me, helping me get nausea meds that evening and making me toast the next day when I could eat again. They went above and beyond their jobs to help me. While I booked the hotel for the location, I will come back because of the people! Highly recommend.
