Very efficient with checking in and out. Shuttle service very professional and polite person, leaving you in your departure area. The restaurant and their pizzeria is highly recommended. I was missing an elevator.

Stayed here for just 1 night as we wanted a place closer to Malpensa airport. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport which is very convenient but be sure to book in advance coz you'll hardly get intouch with them, they don't respond in time. The hotel room is small and the room key is odd, feels like not safe at all inside the room. Room is clean and the bed is super comfy. We didn't experience their free breakfast as we have an early flight to catch. Their restaurant is not bad at all but couldn't elaborate more as we only ordered pizza and carbonara. Overall, I can stay again in this hotel but not alone.

Great visit again to Sempione Hotel, only downside was told kitchen closing 930-10pm, people still arriving at 1030pm, had eaten elsewhere as didn't want to risk no dinner. I'll know for next time, will be back. Many thanx.

Ok for one night stay but not longer
Single room with twin bed, one night stay: Bed - could feel the springs. Room - small but fine for a one night stay Room, sheets, towels were clean Bathroom - shower was very small. I'm a small petite person (5'3") and it was barely big enough for me. I hit my elbow on the handle and the wall a few times. The water also spilled into the main bathroom area, leaving the floors wet. Check in/check out was very easy Airport pickup was easy but took about 25-30 minutes from time of call. Breakfast - I went at 9:30 (breakfast ends at 10a), almost all the food was gone. Seems like there were pastries, doughnuts, toast, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal, cheese and meats. Train station isn't too far but there are no sidewalks. Noise - I could hear the cars driving by throughout the night Overall, fine for a one night stay but likely wouldn't stay any longer due to comfort.

This Property is in need of up keep. Our bathroom door handle did not have screws and so it was always coming apart. Door to the room would not shut tight so corridor noise and light was seeping in during the night, especially in the morning when people were waking with their luggage. Convenient, great airport shuttle service and customer service is excellent. Room was very noisy, hard to sleep with road and airplane noise. Broken A.C. and our upstairs room was extremely hot!
