Free shuttle service was fantastic and very reliable. Lovely and accommodating staff. Only thing was the tiny shower not too appealing and no lift which was hard to carry luggage upstairs. I realise I am fussy about things (more than the average person) so some of these things might not be an issue for others. I am allergic to dust and I felt the beds / the room were triggering my allergies a bit. Also the sheets were a little stained here in one spot (I guess they were clean but still stained). The place was pretty Clean only a little run down.

I recently stayed at this hotel near Milan Malpensa Airport, and overall, it was an average experience. The location is convenient if you need easy access to the airport, but it's quite far from the city centre, which made it challenging to explore Milan without a long commute. The room was clean and functional, though nothing special in terms of décor or amenities. It served its purpose for a short stay, but the atmosphere felt a bit sterile. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. Service was fine. The staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently, staff were helpful in recommending things to do in Milan. Overall, this hotel is a decent option if you need to be close to Malpensa Airport for an early flight, but it’s not ideal if you want to spend time in Milan’s city centre or are looking for a more comfortable, welcoming stay. The hotel was simple and basic, but atleast they had a breakfast buffet. They also had shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. It is about 15 mins from the airport.

We stayed here for our final night in Italy as it was reasonably priced near to the airport that provides free shuttle service. We didn’t realise it was such a basic hotel though. Unfortunately when we arrived at 3pm the restaurant was clearing up. We hadn’t had lunch and the reception staff at the time was clearing up in the restaurant so we made our own way to explore the area. Unfortunately for us, we arrived on a Sunday and everything was closed! We went back and fortunately found a pizza place on Just Eat where the food arrived in good time. By that time it was a different reception staff. He was polite and spoke English really well and we had a good chat about Italy and England. He called our room when our food arrived. Spent the evening in our bedroom. The TV had standard channels and wasn’t a smart TV. There was no fridge in the room. We went to their restaurant for dinner. The food was reasonably priced but the menu mainly consisted of pizza. Our waiter was lovely and friendly. The restaurant got very busy throughout the evening. As our flight was very early we booked the shuttle service for 5am. When I went down at 4:45am with our luggage the driver was waiting for us. We left at 4:50am and made it in good time for the airport. If it wasn’t for the free shuttle service we wouldn’t have booked here. Driver was professional and polite.

Clean hotel with a cute breakfast that has many choices but the AC does not work properly which made our experience bad since it is pretty hot in italy and at night it was reallyy hot in the room so we couldn't sleep!!! We told the manager and he said the AC is working properly and there is nothing he can do more ( the ac was on maximum and it barely gave coolness). Overall it is a cute, clean hotel but wouldn't go back there in the summer time.

Great hotel for an overnight stay. I got a shuttle ride from/to airport, driver very nice as well as from desk lady. They responded to my email with questions right away. Room was big and AC works nicely. The only thing I would recommend is to update/clean the shower walls. Everything else was very good. I had dinner at the restaurant and food and wine were good. Definitively I will come back again if I need to stay closer to Malpensa airport.

We checked in at this hotel for our last night in Italy due to its proximity to the airport and shuttle service to the airport. The hotel is a little bit outdated but it was clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They had a restaurant below which surprisingly provided great food with plenty of Italian food selection.
