we arrived at the property close to 8 pm. Our room was closely located to an entrance which you needed to have room key to enter. room was clean comfortable and quiet. beds were really comfortable. television had a number of channels for entertainment and a guide which so many places do not have.
we stayed there for two days, we received a entry notice regarding entire room carpet cleaning on the day two. we noticed that they had done the carpet cleaning when we came back on that day, but they didn't do any other regular room housekeeping service, not even collecting the garbage. maybe the housekeeping is not on their service list or they missed it or miscommunication among their people or they won't bother to let the guest know what was going on. at least I would let the guest know that I missed it if I were them.
Unfortunately, this location is in dire need of new carpets and window treatments. My room (410) had a permanent stain on both.
Additionally, the hallway carpets were worn and did not appear to be thoroughly vacuumed daily.
Hallway color schemes were very bland and appeared dingy.
