Room for improvement
Hotel was not very busy, however never got the room request we asked for, the receptionist gave us no details about restaurant or gym we had to ask for information to get it. Went to use the bar which had as many customers as staff yet still had to ask for someone to come to our table to take our order, stayed here before and it was completely different which was why we came back, we had already booked to stay again which if I could cancel without it costing me I would, got the impression we was more of an inconvenience of us being there than a customer.

Excellent easy check in, very helpful team. Nice 8th floor room park facing, fantastic views. Comfy bed and good quality linen. Very dark and very quiet which matters to me! Really nice full breakfast in the 14th floor restaurant. Recommended if youre staying in MK for whatever reason.

Good location, no free parking but with discount when checking out. Lovely lady at the reception while we checked in. Nice size room and clean although shower had a huge yellow stain near the drain. There was an issue either with socket or a hairdryer itself, after drying my hair, I burned myself with one of the pins on a plug. It was extremely hot and dangerous and left a bruise on my finger. I wanted to report it when checking out, unfortunately there was a different lady at the reception who wasn't nice at all when we went to ask about breakfast and when we went to check out. She looked annoyed when I handed her my parking ticket to get discount. Wasn't feeling comfortable to talk to her.

We booked twin beds as they are often more firm and comfortable,we weren't advised until check in that the only twin bedded rooms are on the 2nd floor but we had requested a high floor. We put up with it as we were only staying 2 nights.

Easy check in/out, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, nice bathroom and super comfortable bed! A bar fridge would be ideal. Discount parking at nearby multilevel undercover facility. Soundproofing could be better, can hear adjacent conversations and some road noise
