This property is getting worn out.. from Dusty plastic fake plants to the shaking elevator, this hotel is clearly seen some wear and tear. It's very convenient in its location though the pets were good and the place was clean.

Overall decent
The location was awesome. Staff was friendly and there is a Starbucks inside. I was not impressed with the housekeeping during the stay. Nothing was taken, trash was not taken out, and new towels were left but the existing towels were not taken.

The check in staff were unskilled. Reception kept my parking ticket when I checked in and then told me I would be charged $90-150 for a lost ticket saying it was my responsibility. I pointed out the clerk who kept my ticket and she found it in a drawer. The room smelled like smoke.

Hotel stay
When I came to check in, there were no rooms available. Guessing due to not having staff to clean the rooms? I was told to wait and they would contact me when it was available. Finally, after a good half hour, I went back up to the desk and they said oh yes, your room is available. So I waited for how long for nothing? Is beautiful though.
