This upscale lodge offers picturesque views of the river and amazing mountain beauty. Stone slab steps from the back yard lead you right into the river's edge.
The Toccoa River has only three islands -- and two of them are directly behind our lodge -- making it a very magical place in terms of privacy, wildlife, and fishing quality.

You will have use of the entire lodge. Including amazing back patio and yard with hot tub, dining area and wood burning fire pit.

This home boasts four large graciously appointed bedrooms --Three with king beds and and a bedroom with 6 full size bunk beds--all with plush linens and luxurious decor. There is one bedroom and 1.5 baths on the main level and 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on the lower level. The main level boast and open floor plan with large gourmet kitchen, island, and ample dining space. There is a large stone gas fireplace in the inviting living area for guest to enjoy. Outside there is an expansive deck with wood burning fireplace overlooking the beautiful Toccoa River. Downstairs there is a full size bar/kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and microwave and so guests can enjoy preparing fantastic meals together.
There is seating at the large bar for dining--in addition to ample dining space outside. Inside, guests can relax in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace after a long day of adventure while listening to the peaceful sounds of the river, and enjoy conversation and games in the open living area. Outside, guests can stargaze from the hot tub, roast marshmallows by the riverside fire pit, play corn hole or grill up a fantastic meal and enjoy dining alfresco by the river. The anglers in the group will have a blast fishing directly off the property’s backyard riverbank. Others may enjoy a relaxing tube ride down the river! ( Must bring your own fishing gear and tubes). Toccoa Dream Lodge will exceed every expectation and create lasting memories that will leave guests planning their return visit.

Parking is in the gravel area in front of the home--there is space for 3 cars.
