The elevator was broken for three days. There were water spots around the place. They do not clean the room after you check out, so expect a dirty room for your whole stay. I have stayed here before and for some reason, they never have clean towels available. Breakfast was ok.

There was no housekeeping. Nobody came to empty garbage or replace towels. We had to ask for towels and in order to get them we had to take dirty ones back. Ran out of toilet paper. Ice machine doesnt work. Towel bar was falling off the wall. No holder in bathroom for toilet paper and the stuff in refrigerator was freezing due to the freezer part not able to shut .there was over abundance of ice frosted over. The hallways smelled of pot. Not a good thing with a toddler.

Hotel was not as advertised. Our first room's washroom was very evidently not cleaned between occupants as the toilet had an unpleasant surprise still in it. Hot tob was not operational, and clearly hasn't been for a while. No warning or notice. Common area floors and a walls were sticky, had old foot print stains. Whole hotel still smelt of cigarettes and marijuana. 2 days worth of garbage bags were left in the main stairwell next to the elevators.

Was still being renovated three years later. Had damage to vehicle in parking lot. Refrigerator was not working. The tv had to get replaced that didn't work and took 4 hours to get taken care of. The breakfast was very limited with eggs, turkey bacon and cereal.( Some breads) Only limited towels (2) for showers. Sheets were on bed wrong and not bedspread/comforter on top. Only a sheet, blanket then another sheet

The room was really nice. I loved the setup of it. The jacuzzi in the room made it all the much better. It was clean and spacious. I had a group of 4(me and 3 kids) and it was more than enough space. The kids even mentioned how they loved the privacy of it

It was a pretty decent stay. It was decently clean but mold on the picture above whirlpool tub and no ceiling tiles above shower. The room smelled dingy. No pool or hot tub available.

Plastic on smoke detector, stained carpet, missing drawer, ripped shower curtain. Real hot shower. Shower curtain did not stop water from bathroom floor, leaky faucet and pool was closed. Each time I left the room the key card did not work. The breakfast option was terrible.

Absolutely disgusting! Had a diaper in our room, door had been broken down before as had the window screen and neither had been fixed, no hot water, long check-in wait time, pool advertised bur not in service, fridge in room promised but none in room.

We didnt end up staying at this hotel. When we went to check in we found out that the room was not large enough to sleep six people like Expedia advertised. When we got to the hotel the person at the desk said "I dont know how you are all going to fit in that room", but offered no solution for us. There was not enough room to even have a cot in there. We ended up leaving and finding a room at a different hotel. As we were leaving the person at the desk then offered up a room, but we had already booked at another hotel and opted to leave.

Dirty. I found used condon into the beds. It's nasty. I don't recommend it at all. They charged me the fee cancellation even though I made the claim for lack of cleaning and respect for their guests. I left the hotel as soon I could. It was the worst experience ever in a hotel for me and my family.

Elevator broken and given a handicap room in the third floor, leaky shower, early breakfast, keys had to be redone 2x a day, but cheap, so I’m good with that
