The room was nice and clean. Hotel was clean and secure. The breakfast options were terrible. Two oranges and one apple that looked like they had been out on the counter for months. No eggs available. A few slices of white bread. There were sausage patties available.

I go to this Country Inn every year in Chanhassen to visit the Temple of ECK after participating at the Eckankar International Seminar in Minneapolis. See Eckankar.org It is always pleasant and staff are efficient and friendly. Thank you .

Okay for last minute
Room was spacious but the bathroom was gross. You could see mildew and mold stains in the shower. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Furniture worn and in the lobby had torn fabric. Pool was cold and very small.

We've been staying here for years. It's location next to the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre makes it a perfect spot for us. We'd noticed the property getting "dated" as often happens as hotels age. However, since getting new owners, the once beautiful place is FILTHY! There are stains throughout the hallway carpets, dirt in corners and near the baseboards. When we got to our room, there were so many stains in carpet and on the furniture, I felt like throwing up. We politely asked for a different room. Although it was much cleaner, it smelled dirty. I went to the nearby Aldi's and bought a can of Febreeze and sprayed the furniture, carpet and drapes. It was then acceptable at best. We more than likely will not return. I'm sorry.

The hotel needs updating and our tob was grossly stained/dirty, shades were water matked the bottom 2 feet and appeared moldy, sink wouldn't drain, tub wouldn't drain, .... We did appreciate early check in to get ready for an event. If they rushed to get the room ready, it msy explain a couple items, but not the permanant stains and damage the mgmt should be addressing.

Location was great!! We have stayed here many times and found it satisfactory however not this time. Bathroom was dirty, toilet seat was broken and caused us to slide off. No facial tissue. Pillows uncomfortable and carpet was soiled. Did not provide coffee early or throughput the day. May not come back

Expected better.
When I made the reservation for 2 rooms I hoped they would be near each other. I requested an accessible room for my parents. Not only was their room not accessible, but our pair of rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel. I chose to get a king suite with hide a bed for our daughter and had to request a rollaway which was delivered to the wrong room and we had to go request pillows from the front desk for it. Only sugar-free syrup for waffles, the toaster had one side that was broken, and there was hot water but no tea available.
