This hotel was mid, at best. I booked a suite for my family and I. The rooms were less than what I expected. The tub drained really slow. I used the gym, which had minimal cardio equipment and the pool was hella small. The best part of the hotel was the view from my windows. Also, there are some really good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was really nice and very professional. Overall, my stay was comfortable, I just expected more.

The hotel was nice, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to plumbing issues for part of my stay, and the Wi-Fi only seemed to work in the hallway of my floor.

I liked the area, the pool was perfect. The hotel itself was safe, clean, quiet. Great location. The only annoying thing was waiting around for staff to be available whenever we had a concern. Breakfast ends at 10, but food started running out at 9 and when we asked if there was anything else available, someone said they would get more and just never came back. Hopefully that’s something they can fix soon, because it’s a very convenient area for us to visit family and easily access the city.

Unclean room but good hotel overall
A good hotel over all. However our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived and the receptionist was the only one there at the time and was only able to give us bedding to change our own linens since the initial ones did not appear to be clean so that was a little odd. Otherwise the stay was great.

Maybe the hotel was getting ready to replace the carpet throughout, but there’s no reason to not shampoo them before that. I have NEVER SEEN SUCH stained gross carpet. The food was meh. They didn’t have enough workers for any part of the business. Not recommended.

You get what you pay for! It was $100/night
Pros; location, price, ease of parking, kitchens in the rooms and rooms are spacious. Cons; the building needs serious fixing, and cleaning, the elevator is slow like molasses, breakfast was minimal since they were out of everything each day, amenities? They were out, floor 4 was musty and smelly, floor 2 smelled like poop and pee, floor 3 smelled like someone dumped febreeze all over the carpet, 1st floor entrance was the best overall. Our party had 5 different rooms and each one was missing things different from the other. No towel racks, no washcloths, no a/c, broken a/c, all in all, 3 out of 5 but I wouldn't stay there again unless they completly remodeled it! Granted, the staff was light always and the cleaners were older and 1 per floor. I felt so bad for her. Sad, very sad. I wanted to love it and instead I was fired from my family from picking hotels from here on out.

Nice clean motel, dirty grounds
We had a mixed time with our stay. The room was excellent and very clean but the grounds outside were very dirty and the trash can outside the rear main entrance was full the whole 2 day stay we was there. Breakfast was what you would normally find but the one lady there was so overworked. She was running so hard to keep the breakfast full and running smoothly. She did amazing for how busy it was. So busy in fact the dining room was packed and people were taking their food outside or back to their rooms. Shes gotta be one of the hardest workers there and kept a huge smile on her face and never got upset while under huge pressure. Kudos to her, she definitely deserves a raise and someone hired to help her on the weekends.

The only down side was being on the 4th floor at the end of the hallway with small children. It took a long time to get downstairs with only one elevator and no stair option

The place was neat and tidy. They were very accommodating about our requests to room near elevator ( r/t hubs COPD) and made our unplanned 2nd nite seemless. Staff were all very pleasant and professional. Down side: No extra bedding for sofa were in rooms. 2nd nite the sheets just out of dryer (ok) but no comforter was available (still being laundered). This was around 8 pm i think. Couldn't reach the front desk by phone at all. Not enough bagge carts (2??) for hotel of this size.

I like this property because it’s convenient to where I need to go. but there were things that were not good in this trip Brian since asked them to clean my room. They said they would do it. I came back after a very long day. I didn’t get back to her room till 1130 at night. I was looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing. I had no clean towels. The room was never cleaned. when I try to call down guest services nobody pick up the phone then I go downstairs and I can’t wait find anybody that works there to ask for towels finally on a third try somebody was there two hours later. I was able to get towels. I don’t think it’s too much to ask out clean room
