Love the area.
Hotel lacking a bit
No parking, only valet, expensive and inconvenient.
Didn't feel like staff really did a good job welcoming guests or accommodating during the stay.
The valet was horrible had to wait over 45 minutes to get car otherwise everything was good oh by the way you spend alot of money for your room and then have to pay 35 dollars to park wow
Clean but there was left over garbage in the garbage can and they could use new mattresses. Other than that the service was excellent and the breakfast was great. They need more room for valet parking not just 2 spots not very convenient.
We have stayed here before. Good location for Excel and Ordway events. We had a suite. There was one garbage can in the entire room, a tiny one in the bathroom....
