Positive: Check in was easy. Shuttle to the airport was on time and driver was nice. Negative: There was dried blood on the comforter that I noticed in the middle of the night when I pulled it up to my face and it came out of the duvet cover. We woke early to catch the 4:30am Shuttle to airport. Went down to get coffee at 315am, security guard was sleeping flat out on the sofa, front desk lady was nowhere to be found. So I left the $6 for the 2 coffee's on the payment counter. At 3:40am, husband went down. Guard still sleeping. At 410am, guard and desk lady in coffee, snack area. She literally hops over the counter to come help us. She could have walked around. I asked if she got our money, she said no. We told her times we were down and that guard was sleeping. She said he was a temp and she was " in the back". We left about 4:15am... I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The hotel shuttle took 45 min to get to us and that’s with me calling every 15 min asking where it was. The shuttle was not marked and had broken seats. When arriving at the property I was told there was flooding on our floor and there would be fan noise during the night. When entering the room one of the headboards was broken so we had to ask to be moved.

Airport shuttle hotel
I chose this hotel for its locations and shuttle service. The pick up and drop off at the airport was good. It is nice that the hotel is right by the wildlife refuge for walking and not far from the mall! It was clean, and quiet, and convenient. I would recommend it.
