Our room door lock broke so we were locked out of our room for 2 hours & once it was opened (by the local fire department ) we had to move to another room at 11:30pm. Then the next night our new room was double booked so we had people trying to open our door at 11:30pm (again) at night & also had a phone call from the front desk about how we were assigned that particular room. Courtney & Jason J. were very calm & helpful. Crazy-

Every single thing is good, though there should be a hot tub in the pool area plus in the shower room there should be shampoo and conditioner and body wash so that people who wants to shower down can do so! The pool should be regularly checked for water sanitary conditions! Thanks! We had. good time! We enjoyed your breakfast! Excellent

IT GLITCH
We were caught up in the IT glitch from the airport. We were grateful just to have a room, but the front staff were very empathetic to our situation. They helped us out with quarters for laundry, and combs and other essentials that we did not have. The rooms were extremely clean and the up front staff was amazing.

Was a great stay! Only downfall was the ice machines could not keep up with demand. Comfotable beds, typical breakfast options, hot coffee, pool was entertaining for the kids. Would definitely stay again!
