I always appreciate the friendly and efficient staff when I stay here. It was extra appreciated when they were able to accommodate my room request. If I could change one thing it would be breakfast starting at 6am rather than 6:30am during the week.

A family emergency came up, and they were helpful in cancelling a night stay a few hours before checking in. It was a huge relief. Everyone was so nice. Pancake machine wasn't working on Monday, thought maybe it doesn't run during the week?

During my stay, we had a family emergency that required rescue service via EMT's. I had to check out one day early and the staff was very sympathetic and worked with us and did not charge us for the last day. I also left belongings behind and they found them and I was able to get everything back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I will stay here again!!

Our room door lock broke so we were locked out of our room for 2 hours & once it was opened (by the local fire department ) we had to move to another room at 11:30pm. Then the next night our new room was double booked so we had people trying to open our door at 11:30pm (again) at night & also had a phone call from the front desk about how we were assigned that particular room. Courtney & Jason J. were very calm & helpful. Crazy-
