I enjoyed the breakfast provided (good hours for acess), the shuttle to not only from and to the airport, but the shuttle that was available for MOA. The staff were friendly but communication between them could be improved a bit. I was given the okay to give 100 cash since I didn’t carry card and was from out of country but the person who was responsible for taking my deposit, didn’t inform the staff on the day I was to check out where it was located. Thankfully, they were kind enough to find an alternative until the proper person was answered their contact and I was given my initial envelope. Next time, I will bring a card with me and do it that way. The room was nice and clean. The streaming option on the tv didn’t work but it’s okay. I just watched the channels provided.

Gotcha hidden fees
I will NEVER stay here again. This suburban hotel charges guests a $15 parking fee. I’ve never experienced this “gotcha” fee in 50 years of travel. The hotel is fine, but I will never support a hotel that has this mentality about undisclosed fees and services. Stick your parking fee.
