Awesome proximity to Mall of America! The hotel itself is okay. Our room had a broken chair and the cover for under the sink had fallen and was kind of sitting there. They didnt have the original room type we requested, and it felt like they just tossed us in the spare room that hadnt been checked in a while. The batteries were dead in the remote. I went to guest services and the concierge was super helpful in getting me new ones. About 2 hours later the tv went out and services were unavailable. Other than that, the room itself was super spacious and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked so well we missed breakfast. The employees we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything else was great, it just felt like the room could have been checked better first.

Everything was just fine. I find it ridiculous you pay the amount we pay for a room and now you are made to pay $15 more to park in the hotel parking lot and the spot expires before check out home. All a bit absurd to me

The hotel was very nice, the only issue we had is the fees not anyway when booking our stay, we had to pay $50 per room and if rooms are ok that fee will be returned, I’ve never heard of this or ready anything in the small print. Also we picked this hotel because it didn’t charge for parking but we got to the checking and they do charge for parking, this was never stated either. Please be aware. I will find out in 3-5 business days if I get the $100 fee back from the rooms that I had to pay at the time of check in.
