Beware of what you book vs what you get
I booked a room with a king bed, double sofa couch and kitchen. I ended up getting a double queen which I overpaid what I actually received. I didn't fight it as we got in late and needed to get up early for a 6 am flight. I also asked for a 3:45 am wake up call it was acknowledged and I never got that call. This was my first experience with this hotel brand and not impressed. Also had to pay for parking which was not advertised when I booked the room.

Nicely appointed room, walking trail right behind the hotel. Sadly three people hanging at the front desk but nobody working in the bar. Was told bar was closed for the weekend. Toilet in our room was plugged but maintenance took care of it quickly

I booked this hotel on Expedia after flight delays then canceled. While I was waiting for the shuttle, I called the hotel to confirm airport pickup. The receptionist told me that the hotel was fully booked and they cannot pick me up because they dont have a room available. The hotel refuses to give me a refund because I was a no show to a fully booked hotel. Worst customer service.

The property looks nice at first glance but, for being a “brand new” hotel it’s more like a flip property. Most of it is thrown together. We had a pretty bad ant and small bug problem mainly in our bathroom which would make sense if we were maybe on the first floor but we were on the fourth floor. You have to ask for everything. There are no laundry bags, cups, or anything you would normally have in your room. They do not have do not disturb signs so your room is getting tidied up regardless if you want someone in it or not. Breakfast was not great as others have commented but, I could look past that as it was free. The parking is something I cannot look past as it’s something that will turn me off from ever staying again. $15 a night for staying at a hotel in Minneapolis is crazy. Chicago? Sure. I’ve stayed in big cities like Miami and never paid for parking, but, Minnesota? No way. I’ll stay anywhere else before I pay that again at a Hyatt.

No basic electricity for 5 hours…No discount! :(
No electricity from 11-4 Had notes up, but should’ve had a MJOR discount since no pool, gym, tv, air conditioning for 5 hours. Had to pay regular fees for crap environment. Also, the tv in our room (119) was AWFUL! Randomly shut off or went blank 3-5 times for a couple minutes during our 2 day stay. Loved the gym area. Never got to use the pool.

It was clean, as expected. Breakfast was pretty good. The shower was a walk-in, glass door style, but it didn’t really seal so water welled up around the edges and spilled over. The shower head also leaked (only when running), and the shower drain was quite loud. The top floor (4th) where I was staying was quite warm and humid, but the room was unaffected. There were only lamps and a hallway light, so lighting was poor even with all the lights in the room on. No ceiling fan/overhead lights.

Great room-darkening shades and breakfast. Shuttle was handy, as well. The shower door didn’t quite shut all the way and it took awhile for the A/C to cool the room, but overall a great stay.
