Customer service was very disappointing. When we checked in we watched as the staff member who was supposed to check us in just sat in back eating, then came out with a full mouth of food trying to talk to us. The parking was awful. We had to park at the very end of the parking lot and there were only a couple spots left. We saw hotel fisted parking on the side of the street. The food for breakfast was not good. Everything was cold, the waffles were hard. The free breakfast was why we booked this hotel over another one; to save additional money on our trip. However, that didn’t work out well since we couldn’t even eat anything that was made and had to go somewhere else to eat anyways. Lastly, when we were checking out we waited patiently in front of the employee at the counter. She was texting on her phone and wouldn’t even look up at us. When she did, she quickly grabbed the key cards from us and said she would check us out later, then grabbed her phone again to text. I would not recommend staying here and I’m really disappointed that we spent any money at all here…
