The room was in good condition. However could have used more than 3 body towels and they were xtra stiff and hard. Parking lot was glare ice when we arrived and when we left the next day. Almost fell several times carrying our belongings. Asked the front seat why it wasn’t sanded or salted and she basically out the blame on the parking people? And don’t seemed concerned what so ever. Also asked why breakfast didn’t serve any meat and she says she didn’t know but also was supposed to serve pancakes or waffles on rotation and was also like I have no idea. Also I seen your signs for parking and was not told or reminded it cost $15 dollars for one night. I received a ticked on my vehicle claiming I owned and additional $5 plus tax! I feel like that is pretty sad to make your customers pay for parking when I could have stayed at another hotel right next store basically for nothing. I will not recommend your hotel to anyone and don’t plan on coming back to stay. Your staff didn’t make us feel like our concerns mattered at all.
