This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Truthfully, it would’ve been one of my favorite properties had it not been for the staff. The staff is absolutely awful. I’ve never encountered such rude and horrible customer service.
I travel very frequently for business. Normally hotels have shaving cream, razors, etc available for their guests. Nope, you have to pay for all of that here. Okay, whatever.
The staff which I encountered multiple times - rude, horrible, and they truly look like they could care less about their jobs.
When trying to check out, I stood at the counter for what felt like 5 minutes. I had a plane to catch, so I figured I could use the online express checkout. Nope, said I had to review my payment at the front desk. So I called them. Not only was I hung up on when I had finally reached someone, but I was on hold for 15 minutes. I prepaid on Expedia, well they said it was marked as “cash” and were trying to double charge me, which wasn’t happening.
Truthfully, it’s so sad because this hotel was actually so nice, it’s just the staff. They’re so rude and I’ve never seen anything like it.
