Property was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had no room keys due to a computer glitch. the staff was super helpful in making sure we got in our rooms timely. Will be staying again!

I booked this property for a Birthday get together i couldn’t get a keycard for access to my room , All of my guest had to be escorted to the room and let in by a Hotel Staff . I had a horrible Experience with this hotel and would like to Request a Refund to my Account.

When we arrived, we were informed that their key card system was down. This wasn't the major issue, but because they never handed anything to you to show your room number, our room was attempted to be opened at 9pm. It made me curious if this happened while we were out of the hotel that evening as well. Then the cleaning staff proceeded to vacuum the hallways at 1015pm while people are undoubtedly trying to sleep. It seemed odd the issue was never fixed the entirety of the weekend and they had no backup plan in place. I can safely say we wouldn't return to this property.

Staff was amazing and Joe the bar tender does an amazing job!!! All the staff made me feel welcomed and always smiling 😊. The shuttle service was great and dependable! Definitely staying here again if I make it back to the area again!

They did not have keys for the room so anytime we left we had to have front desk get somebody to open our door and did not check Identification to confirm it was our room. Could have gone to anyone’s room

The hotel was close to the airport. We checked in and our room was on the 4th floor. After being in room for awhile we noticed a oil smell. The hall was hazy as well. Someone next door was either cooking with griddle or deep fryer. We went to desk and clerk said oh its probably your neighbor. She did get us moved to different room.

Says property was built in 2023 and the inside of our rooms were nice an spacious.property was nice inside and out.i stayed there 3 nights.things i didn’t like were that they charge you $15 a night for parking which my must of not looked properly on Expedia or it didn’t say it during time of booking because i booked it like 2-3 months in advance.they don’t clean the rooms daily which is a first for me,everywhere i have gone it’s daily.front desk told us we have to ask so why ask and not tell us as we are checking in.the safe’s in both rooms were locked and weren’t opened until the last night of our stay.for being a newer hotel the door in the bathroom didn’t lock because it didn’t line up properly where machinism engages for locking.as nice as the hotel property was I probably wouldn’t stay there again unless my room is cleaned on a daily basis.i don’t care about bed being made but clean the floors,restroom and give us new towels.

The property was fine. They told me they would comp a night for no water or WiFi due to a water main break. My bill on checkout credited the cost of the room. However, two months later and two calls have still not resulted in the appropriate credit on my credit card.
