Purposely looked for a hotel for Christmas that provided a breakfast buffet since we had three small kids with us and wanted them to fill up. When we arrived we were notified it was just a grab and go breakfast. No notification of this before we booked or after we booked the hotel. The hotel staff member mentioned of a breakfast place nearby but she must not have understood that when people pay for a hotel with breakfast they expect a breakfast. The grab and go breakfast was SO disappointing. Just a bunch of processed unhealthy snacks. Should’ve gotten a discount on stay for that alone. The toilet in the bathroom takes like 10 minutes to flush and the bathroom is incredibly small. The coffee in the lobby for breakfast tastes terrible and isn’t even available all day. They couldn’t even provide all day coffee for guests on Christmas Day. You have to pay for parking which it does say in their description but still I find it so ridiculous when they have their own parking lot. So stingy of them. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great Place To Stay
Everything was just right. Lady Jen at check in, she was warm and inviting, breakfast buffet selection, room cleanliness, the entire hotel complex was clean, warm and inviting. I don’t have an ounce of complaint. Next time I’m in St. Paul for business or pleasure, definitely booking again.

Don’t book here.
Honestly the stay was terrible. Although I had prepaid for the stay, I was charged double for the room. The coffee maker had something left inside the water vessel that contained mold and there were bugs that I thought looked like some kind or roach near the sink/coffee area. I will not stay there again.

I was on the first place area of room 121 to 123 … my room has no microwave. A hotel that charges $100 a night didn’t have a microwave and they had plenty of space to put a microwave. Biggest inconvenience! From 9 am to 1 pm, a microwave was not available in the lobby because they were cleaning after breakfast. My baby woke up around 10 am and I couldn’t even warm food for him until 1 pm. Thank god I had fruits. The bathroom was very small and the shower barely got hot. I don’t know about the upper floors but the first floor was not worth $100/night. Very disappointing. And it’s $20 per hour after 12 pm for late check out. Might as well pay for another stay 😒

Be prepared to hear planes taking off starting at 6:00am. Also the breakfast on 2 out of 3 night stay did not have many items stocked or replenished. Actually the last morning didn’t have hardly any food out at 8 and it was supposed to have food out until 9:00.

We booked because online it says that the hotel has long term parking $10/day. That was not the case. We had to park off site at a park and go and it’s $20 per day. Double of what we thought. It was also very noisy from the planes and our toilet was plugged when we arrived. They fixed it quickly, but then it ran all night long. The beds were not queens, but full size I think. They were very comfortable and so were the pillows though. I only slept about 2 hrs but at least I was cozy.
