What I really liked about this hotel was the ease to communicate with the staff. From occasional text messages to being able to communicate thru the television. It was so convenient. Location was also a like for me and the staff was so helpful and friendly

There were a few mishaps with my initial check-in, but they were more than compensated for by Sam at reception! She was wonderful and upgraded my ton for the troubles. I was tired and crabby and her thoughtfulness made me feel like the hotel through its representative Was going everything it could to make my stay wonderful! I also had tremendous help from Bree who came to my rescue when I was trying to figure out my suite and gave me very patient and thorough help with finding places and organizing the chronology of places I wanted to see based on her knowledge of the geography of the city. And lastly, Doug has been incredibly helpful with returning a package to Amazon that I ordered. I originally ordered a bag to take to the WNBA playing game to be delivered to my home before I flew to Minneapolis. When I received an email that it wouldn’t arrive in time, I ordered one to be delivered to the hotel. That bag arrived after I’d already left for the game. I received a text that it arrived from Bree, but I was so tired when I fit back from the game that I forgot about it. Doug, like Bree and Sam had gone above and beyond even what would be considered good customer service and is going to have someone drop the package at Whole Foods so I don’t have to pay for a bag I could not use. I realize this is a very verbose review, but I wanted to provide specifics of how wonderful the specific people were who made my stay do fantastic! They are to be commended!!
