Love SpringHill, but this stay stood out. Welcoming reception when we went to the wrong property. They confirmed for USA d helped with directions. Stalag at right hotel was also great. Housekeeping was on the spot with little problems. Pool was great for 3 & 5 year olds ( nice in a downtown property). Excellent!

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and kind. The rooms we had were very clean. They have a kiddie pool and a regular pool, which is very handy with small children. The breakfast was really good! We also appreciated the parking. The hotel felt very secure, as well. We plan to stay again next time we need a room in the area.

This hotel had very good front desk staff and an excellent helpful evening bartender. Hotel parking was convenient. The room was extremely clean and situated with a seating area separate from the bed. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with 3 cereals, fruit (melon), yogurt, eggs, a meat, etc. The only complaints I have is that the orange juice was out at breakfast, the eggs were rubbery so I didn't eat them, and we couldn't watch the Bears/Packers game in the bar because the hotel didn't have a TV that accommodated the game. We could, however, watch the game in our room. I want to emphasize again how clean the room was and state that I would definitely consider staying again.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The property is modern, the attached parking is indoors, secured and heated which is well worth the price, the room was as described, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The bar was a bit spendy but was good overall. The pool area is great for kids, was clean and towels were provided. We will be back for sure.

I stayed here with my daughter while we were in town for her appointment at Gillette Children's Hospital. The first thing I noticed was it is an entirely locked building! You can't even even enter the building without a keycard or being buzzed in. You can't even ride the elevator without a keycard! I absolutely loved the safety this provided, since I was traveling alone with my child. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful! They even let us check in almost 3 hours early at no extra cost! The rooms are so CLEAN. They look brand new! Not a speck or smudge anywhere. Breakfast was wonderful with tons of choices. There were even small boxes of almond milk that my daughter loved! The hotel was within perfect walking distance to Gillette, so we didn't need to spend money on an uber. The pool is PHENOMENAL! The whole room is well lit, with all windows frosted for privacy. Even the floors are perfectly clean, with no icky puddles. The kiddie pool has a cute little slide, a whale that sprays water and a mushroom waterfall! The water was warmer than the big pool and the perfect temperature for little ones! The big pool was still a very nice temperature and very clean. The shallow end even has an L shaped bench to sit on. They even had a bin of pool toys to use! The towels offered are full sized towels, not the usual tiny pool towels most hotels have. I 100% recommend SpringHill! My daughter will need to come back to Gillette next year and we will be staying at SpringHill again!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeper was especially responsive to questions. Room was lovely. Location was walking distance to several restaurants. Reasonably priced parking lot very close that we found through Spot Hero. Easy drop off parking in front of the hotel.
