We were in town for the Atlanta at Minnesota football game. The property is a perfect less than 20 min walk with a crowd. It was also a few minutes walk to a metro train station thay ran to the airport , to the mall, etc.—- excellent . The staff here was very sincere and friendly. The hotel was cute & neat. Breakfast was simply and nice .

Solo in Minneapolis

There was a weird smell when I checked in that slowly faded over the weekend. It was freezing throughout the hotel and the bed felt like i was sleeping on a table. For a Hilton property, i was not impressed. However, the gentleman that worked the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

Would stay again but park somewhere else

I was not impressed by the vallet parking. We waited several minutes(25-30) each time we wanted to park or retrieve our vehicle. I would recommend looking at other parking options. Hotel was clean and beuatiful. Bright spot was George the employee in the breakfast area. He was so friendly and spoke with us and multiple guests while we were eating. Very friendly and warm. The front desk staff could take a page from him on how to welcome and speak to guests.

No housekeepers didn’t clean room at all, didn’t pick up dirty towels at all! Asked for Kleenex the morning after checking in. Request was never answered. We were there 4 days and no housekeeping staff came in and made the bed or dumped the trash during our stay! Lack of parking and the $49 dollars to have valet was absolutely ridiculous!

No complaints, just frustrating that some skyways are locked on the weekends though impressed at how accessible the skyways are, and our room key skanner was missing a cover. I was a little sketched out when I billed some DayQuil and gave my room number with no other verification but that may be a normal thing as I don’t often purchase items

This is a nice place. Clean, staff are friendly, decent free breakfast. My only complaint is the off site parking. But that's what you get staying in a hotel downtown in a big city. Overall i would stay here again.
