The valet is way too expensive, and all the singe-use plastics that came with breakfast made me sad. I loved all of the staff, very nice and friendly. The room was a good size and very neat.

I and my wife enjoyed our two days stay at Tru downtown Minneapolis. Convenient location, affordable, easy access to places nearby. Front office staff, Massia was nice, friendly and helpful. Recognizing her for her great help during check in and welcoming and she was there during my check out, wishing us nice farewell.

Cgeckin & out was easy. Breakfast was ana ing, and the gentleman assisting was breakfast was wonderful & ver cordial. Parking was not pleasant, i tried calling the gotel before hand to see which ramp was the closest, which was no help. Overall stayed here bssed on location.

Staff were great and breakfast was good with ample options. Do not expect a view from this hotel windows look on to wall of next building or top of gravel building roof. Bed had a sinkhole and was uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and in great condition.

Everything about this hotel is great. Easy walking to many different restaurants and the Target Center. I just want to mention the gentleman working the breakfast area on Thursday, June 12th. I did not catch his name but he was fantastic!! Super friendly and the breakfast corner was well stocked and extremely clean. All of the employees were friendly but he really stood out. We will be back for sure.
