I was let down right away from the pool being out of service. That should be stated before someone books. That was one of the main reasons i had picked that spot. The place was old had a smell and the locking mechanism on my door barely worked practically falling off. There was no lock for the back door of the place at least that didn’t work either.

The hall ways were dirty and smelly. The pool was out of service. There were broken windows and doors in the lobby and elsewhere in hotel. The carpet in our room was wet and very dirty. There is no one at the front desk to answer phone or questions. NO discounts were offered for lack of amenities.

Broken windows and missing outside doors were noticed right away. Pool is out of order despite the outside sign saying its not (has been for years). Room smelled horrid, the tub was dirty, mattresses leaned up against windows, people living on site. When we told the front desk we were not staying, they didnt even ask why. They knew and must deal with this often. Disgusting property.

This place is a joke. False advertising pictures online looked nothing like the place. Absolutely ridiculous. People living in the hotel while place smelled like smoke nothing worked.

You are getting what you pay for.
Beds were ok. Pillows were about the thickness of a mattress pad. Essentially useless. Chair in the room had an odd stain that looked like something we'd rather not sit on. Bathroom floors got dangerously slippery when even a little damp and with the fan not working they were moist our whole stay.

I understand that finding a pet friendly motel for a decent price in this area is challenging, but this place was far below my expectations. The staff was friendly enough, and the hallway was relatively clean, but it was very shabby. Our door barely opened and closed because of a swollen jamb,

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS HOTEL
Absolutely horrible! Not safe or clean! Side doors do not lock at all. room doors do not lock properly. Nothing is cleaned in the room, lobby or anywhere! We did not even stay. we packed up our things and left once we got in the room and contacted a new hotel nearby. Phones do not work also.

The door to the outside (like, that you should need a key card to enter) was missing and replaced with a piece of plastic sheeting. The pool was out of order and locked shut with a padlock. The place reeked of cigarette smoke. We left, and they said we would get our money back. Our money is not in our account yet. I have photos to share as well. It was absolutely disgusting and I would never ever consider staying there. How are they in business still?

Room smelled like dirty feet; only half the outlets worked; hand prints on headboard; no blow dryer; broken window in our room just had a film covering the break; the exterior door at our end of the hotel didn't lock, just open to anyone; smoking area was right next to that entrance instead of 30ft as WI code regulates; other exterior entrance has a broken out door just being covered with plastic; pool "out of order"; blinds in dining area closed so that from the inside you couldn't see all the broken glass in the windows, from the outside, they covered them with posters; and our last morning, they're was a chipmunk running up and down the hallways.

I felt literally unsafe even walking into this building. Smelled of smoke and urine. We checked in and checked right back out after turning the corner and seeing broken glass and a pool that had a few feet of green sludge in it. Disgusting and honestly frightening l.
