This professionally decorated home away from home has a colorful beach decor with nice Tommy Bahama accents. The kitchen has been completely renovated and has a bright clean feel with plenty of counter space, and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. The living area has a fun tropical couch, and West Indies style chairs with vibrant punches of color, a dining table for six, tile floors, and a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has a fresh tropic theme with Tommy Bahama decor, a king bed, and a nice carpeted floor. The guest bedroom has fun vibrantly colored bedspreads and beach accents, featuring two twin beds, and a nice carpet floor. With free WiFi, three TVs, three DVDs, and a CD stereo system, you have all the comforts of home! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddle board with each reservation (per condo - not per person).

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Bad smell
First of all, the master bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was a really bad smell in the whole unit, but worst in master bedroom/bathrooms. The door on the utility closet didn't close completely because the appliances were too big, so it was quite loud. Also didn't have a frying pan to cook our bacon! Not cool! Besides all if this, the location is great and the view is great as well.

my friends their children and I stayed for 2 nights everything was fine, but I consider it very important that the doors were child proof as it is very easy to open the door for a two year old child. They should take that into account since this place is also a familiar place. but generally all very well.

Health and Safety Issues
In my 20+ years of staying in vacation rentals, I have never had a negative experience like this. There was visible mold in the main bathroom on the ceiling, plus the vent/duct must be full of mold because the stench was horrendous, and it had constant moisture on it. The mold stench traveled to the front bedroom connected to that bathroom, and there was moisture coming from that bathroom's vent as well. I am now at home fighting allergies and sinus issues due to a mold allergy. The coffee pot also had mold in it. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirty sheets on the king bed. There are pink stains on the couch, which is quite outdated with the rest of the furniture. We had to bring the balcony furniture inside due to TS Fred, and the table fell apart because it was only screwed on by two legs with very small screws, one leg of which was missing a screw. The rug in the living room was so curled up, we had to remove it so my disabled parent, or anyone of us, would not trip. Some electrical outlets do not work, and those that do, do not allow the plug to be inserted completely. We did address with management (Vacasa), and the mold was only cleaned on the surface of the bathroom ceiling with a spray, not remediated completely and properly. The electrical hazards were also not addressed when we were informed an electrical company will be following up. I cannot recommend this property or Vacasa, and I hope this unit is dealt with properly to ensure the health and safety of its guests who only hope for an enjoyable trip.

Ideal location for summer stay
We have been coming to this complex for years now and you cannot beat the location. We did notice that the outdoor surfaces had been redone since our last visit, but we did encounter issues that we had never had before. The door code texted to us did not work and when we went to the office to let them know, one of the personnel was riding around in the building on a scooter. He quickly got off and tended to me, but it was just a strange first impression. The bigger problem was that the guest bathroom had a terrible mildew or sour smell. We could not figure out how to get rid of it. Lastly, the game and movie rental location. Had posted hours of 7 am -9pm but was never open before 9. I know there is probably an employment shortage, but just let guests know that. I heard a woman with a similar complaint about the fitness room. Despite these items, this is a wonderful complex in Miramar.

Beautiful beach but condo could have been cleaner
The property is older but definitely updated. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. The beach and pool area were clean, easily accessible and we had wonderful beach service (chairs included). The beach area was beautiful! My only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. I expect sand when going to the beach. Sand is a given, but I didn’t expect that my feet would turn fully black after walking around the condo within 1 hour of checkin. It was clear the floors hadn’t been cleaned, or if they were, they had been mopped with very dirty water. 3 star rating would have been 4 or more if the condo had been clean.

Would stay there again. Great property.
Overall clean, however, plantation blinds in master were dusty and TV in master bedroom didn't work. Batteries in remotes were close to dead. Nothing to really complain about. Would stay there again. Everything else was great. I would recommend the property and this particular condo.

In general excellent stay as usual, a customer for more than 20 years at the Beach house.
The only unpleasant part was the mattress at the master bedroom, it is soggy and smelly, need to go, didn’t match the rest of the whole property.
