Great place for a toddler!
This place was very accommodating with my new walker! He is into everything, however this house was incredibly baby friendly! The provided travel crib and baby gate blocking the stairs was a wonderful added touch, too! Very clean, easy to access, and QUIET street! Thank you for thinking of little guests, and making my trip to Missoula smoother!

Montana Fishing Trip 2024
This is the second time we have rented this property and enjoyed it both times! There were three of us on an annual trip and Missoula is the first stop. The house is close to stores, fuel and restaurants and access to highways was easy.

Weekend stay
We stayed in Missoula for 2 nights to go to a Griz game. Bethany was great to communicate with and we had a great stay. The back yard was perfect for our 4 legged family members. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We will be staying here again. Go Griz!

The house was as described and super comfy! The primary bedroom bed gave us the best night sleep ever - we are going shopping for that mattress. Everything was clean and well appointed. 4th of July visit

Soccer Tournament
We chose this house because of it is location. I had all three children playing in a soccer tournament at Ft. Missoula. It was a straight shot to the fields and so convenient for us. The house is nice with an open layout. All rooms were comfortable and clean. My son has a broken leg and was able to maneuver around the house well. The open layout is very family friendly. There is a review stating the backyard has a lot of weeds. Though that is true, it did not affect our stay. This is one of the nicer places in the neighborhood as well, but we still felt safe and it was a very quiet street. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location & great house!
We were in town for our nephew’s high school graduation and this place was perfect! Very close to our family that live in Missoula, very close to stores and the house was stocked so well! We didn’t use anything in the kitchen but the coffee maker and mugs but we would have easily been able to cook a full meal with everything they have.

My husband and I helped our adult daughter move from Seattle to Missoula, Montana and we needed a place to stay for one night.I wish we could have stayed at this location longer! This is a great place for a family with children; lots of room with a big backyard and grill. Easy to find and quiet.

What a fabulous spot for our family to stay and have extended family (ages 3-83) join for a meal celebrating a U of M graduate. Lots of space, a bbq and a big backyard meant everyone could play and eat together. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!
