This is a solid 6.5/10. Clean so that’s good but it definitely needs a renovation. We were on the ground floor and they have lights shining outside the window all night so even with blackout curtains it still looked like day time outside. Bed is hard but not bad. Bring your own pillows they are terrible.

Convenient walk to several good restaurants (Montana Club, Stone of Accord) and fast food (McDonalds, Popeyes). Convenient drive to big box shopping and other venues. Our room 316 was perfect fir us as a couple. The king bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, TV and fridge worked well. Breakfast choices pretty reasonable and it is possible to make a light lunch from it. Microwave egg omelets surprisingly good. Wafflemaker with both regular and sugar-free syrup was a definite plus for us. Price was reasonable by Missoula tourist standards. Overall clean and neat. Friendly staff.

I travel all the time for business and have stayed here multiple times. BUT NEVER AGAIN. I have never been treated so poorly. VERY RUDE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL I understand people have bad days. But when you are in the customer service business you have no choice but to treat your customers with kindness and respect no matter what. Plus I have noticed this place is starting to go down hill, old and musty! I will never be back. I will pay more for the surrounding hotels.

Summer prices in Missoula
This hotel is small and old. Clean but very run down. Main lobby area and hallway smelled terrible but room was ok. Beds were comfortable but squeaky. Breakfast was available. There was coffee but nothing to make tea. Close to many restaurant options and highway. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found it easy to access the property from a very busy thoroughfare. Dining, shopping, basically everything needed, was nearby. The Montana Club, one of the best places to eat in Missoula, is across the parking lot. This is where we like to stay when we come to Missoula!
