Great place to stay. Pools pretty sweet, the kids loved it. Breakfast was top notch for a hotel breakfast. Definitely will be using it again

Quiet on a Thursday, and breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Clearly, the property gets a lot of hard use during the summer months as there is a lot of wear and tear touch-up work needed. Bathroom had mildew/mold in shower. Garbage cans in hallways overflowing on arrival, cleared by morning.

I did not like where the soap and shampoo were placed in the shower..when I moved around to wash my hair I banged in to them multiple times,but other then that is was one of the best stays i have had.

The stay was good, however, we were there for a swim meet and didn’t have time to go to the pool. On Sunday at checkout my husband asked if we can come back around noon to use the pool and the front desk person told us it was too late and we would have to purchase another night to use the pool for a few hours, after staying there for two night already!! Not even an option to pay just to use the water park!

Did not like the fact that you have to pay for parking. As a guest, I’m already paying to stay . now I have to pay because people wanna park there for the airport. Charge them not your paying customers. also didn’t like the fact that they told me they might have to kick me out of the pool and hot tub area because they had a birthday party going on . if they didn’t have enough room I was the first to have to leave . I was a paying customer for a few days stay. Thought that was a little odd. Didn’t like the fact that you’re paying customers get treated worse than someone coming in for a party. that I might not be able to take my kids to the pool . In a place I’m paying multiple nights for.

We reserved a king room with a sofa sleeper. The first room we were in, the sleep sofa had pee stains and hair on the mattress pad, there were no sheets and under the sofa hadn’t been cleaned in months, it was filthy. The cleaners left their cleaning supplies in the bathroom that my kid found. There were no towels. It was as if the room wasn’t ready, however, the bed was clean I requested a new room, the second room (king and sleeper sofa again), was at least vacuumed, no cleaning products and there were towels, however, the sleep sofa had food crusted on the side of the cushion, it wasn’t vacuumed underneath. The mattress pad was clean, but when I took the bag out for the sheets, there were no sheets and the comforter had blood on it. I had to get to an event and had no time to change rooms yet again, so I put my kid in the king bed with us. You could hear the people moving around above us all night and the kids screaming in the halls. When I first complained, they gal said she would “comp me a few snacks up front” haha as if that makes up for the filth. The morning of checkout I provided feedback and they gave me some Marriott points, nice gesture, but is there anything worse than a dirty hotel room? I think not. Also, the slides are unbelievable fast and there isn’t a pool to swim in while the slides are running bc they push the person out so fast and far into the pool. Book at your own risk, do better Marriott.
