お値段に見合った良いホテルでした。
元々古い建物のようだが、綺麗にリノベされており、とても広く、ベッド等は新しかったので快適に過ごせた。 ただ、トイレだけは経年劣化がカバーできていないようで、臭いがキツかった。 サービスのマンゴージュースとマンゴーアイスがとても美味しかった。 朝食バイキングは冷や汁が珍しく、美味しく頂けた。
木挽の看板が宮崎を感じさせてくれました

フロントは無人で機械操作ができないと厳しいだろうなと感じました。自分にとっては、サクサクとチェックイン、アウトができるので、とても便利でした。 地震の影響でテレビの液晶が壊れており、 取り替え中とのことでした。スタッフに電話すると、すぐにかけつけてくれ、対応もとてもよかったです。テレビをすぐに交換してくれました。 お部屋も清潔でベッドがふかふかでよく眠れました。 マンゴージュースとアイスを一つずつ無料で頂きました。 一見マンション？中に入ると快適でした。

まず、とてもお安く泊まれた事は本当にありがたかったです！ ただ、チェックイン時の入力が面倒だったり、マンションをリフォームしたような作りだったり、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎたり、水温が安定しなかったり、部屋の鍵の開け閉めが面倒だったりと、不満を上げればきりがなく、通常料金では絶対に泊まりたくないなという印象でした　リピートは無いと思います ですが、朝食は美味しく、大変満足しました！アイスのサービスなどもうれしかったですし、部屋も広くて良かったです 子供は楽しんでぃました あまり細かい事が気にならない方にはおすすめです

久しぶりの帰省、姉と広い部屋でゆったり過ごせて、大満足です！　下の居酒屋さんも郷土料理が食べれて、しかもひとつひとつ手が混んでて美味しかったです！　ひとつ残念だったのは、台所の排水溝の匂いが気になりました！

部屋に洗濯機がありアメニティで洗剤もありとても助かりました。しかし乾燥機もあったんですが壊れてたのか全然乾かなかったのが残念でした。宮崎にまた行くことがあればまた泊まりたいと思います。
