The property and staff were excellent. The only issue I had was when I rented the property through Expedia it said I had a $15 room credit for food or beverages. When I asked about this at the front desk and tried to redeem, they said they don’t do anything like that. The description needs to be changed if they aren’t going to honor it.

Rooms are not as shown in the pictures! The hotel smells badly and has confusing floor levels. The reception lady was not welcoming or eager to help. The only good thing is it is closest to the Arches national park (but doesn’t make much difference when compared to other near by hotels). The breakfast was ok.

We had such a great time at the Archway inn! They had a great coffee shop an amazing breakfast! You could order lunch and take it poolside! They even called when we forgot a couple items to let us know! It was clean and great! We also enjoyed using the bike room for our bikes! The staff was always helpful and friendly! We will be back!

Clean hotel, comfy beds and nice staff. The breakfast was good and slightly different each morning plus it started at 6am so you could get an early start in the park. Location is minutes from Arches Nat Park. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great. The only problem was the confirmation email I received had the wrong address. After going all the way through Moab and back I called the hotel where I received some sketchy directions. The process added at least an hour of delay and frustration.
