Loved staying here.
We were on floor five of the hotel. The hotel staff were welcoming. They had fresh cookies upon arrival as well. We stayed New Years Eve and the girls were excited to find a bouncy house in the hotel lobby that they could play in. The large room was great and the beds were so comfortable. It was super close to Arches National Park and easy to get in and out of as well.

What’s up with the bouncy house in the lobby LOL. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast better than most 3 star hotels that include BF. Especially appreciated the fresh spinach!! Thank you!! Complimentary cookies were highlights of my kid’s stay. Room was clean. There is a squeaky, beeping noise that was rhythmic however not soothing, constantly lulling over the 3 nights stay. A bit like Chinese water torture (as my teen put it). We figured out the source. It was the water meter right outside our room (adjacent wall). Ground level room isn’t for the light sleeper;) We would return as it was a very pleasant stay despite the Chinese water torture which once we discovered the source, ease our annoyance significantly. Thank you;)

Fall break getaway
The hotel was cute, and I was absolutely impressed by the exterior and interior. I'm not sure if the rooms are insulated as it seemed like a herd of buffalo were overhead our first night. Thankfully, they moved us for our second night. The staff who were there when we first arrived were basic, not overly friendly but not rude. (Often feel like staff switch to Spanish when speaking to each other when they think I can't understand them but I do. Just like you shouldn't assume a brown person can speak Spanish, you shouldn't assume a white person can't.) It's located close to downtown Moab shops and restaurants, as well as Arches National Park. I would stay here again.
