Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Southgate Village townhome, perfectly located just a 5-minute drive south of downtown Moab. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, our pet friendly home offers ideal access to all of Moab’s top attractions, including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, world-class mountain biking and hiking trails, thrilling 4-wheeling adventures, and more.

Our townhome features an open-concept floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for family or group meal prep, and a cozy gas fireplace in the main living space. Step outside to the ground-level patio, where you can enjoy outdoor dining with seating and a gas grill. The two-car garage includes an extended-height overhead door—perfect for jeeps!—and there’s additional driveway space for up to two vehicles, plus plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles.

The master bedroom boasts a private deck with stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim—seriously, the VIEW is amazing! Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed and an attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs (see configuration below) offer cozy beds and share a well-appointed bathroom, making this home perfect for families or groups of friends.

Our home is part of a wonderful community that offers plenty of amenities to enhance your stay! Take a refreshing dip in the community pool (heated and open seasonally from April to October) or enjoy a relaxing soak in the year-round hot tub after a day of exploring Moab’s stunning landscapes. For families traveling with little ones, the community playground provides the perfect spot for kids to burn off energy while enjoying the fresh desert air.

With ample space for the kids or multiple groups of friends, our townhome is the perfect desert getaway. We also manage another home in this community—if you’re traveling as a group and need multiple rentals close together, please reach out! We offer a special group discount for multiple bookings.

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

Great location
We chose this property for its easy access to Arches National Park and Canyonlands (~15 minutes to Arches and an hour to Canyonlands). The property was immaculately clean. The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the use of the garage (and the garage door remote that was provided— thanks!) Deducted one star from the overall score for a couple of reasons. The living room sofa was very worn, lumpy, and saggy, and should really be replaced. And the kitchen was lacking some essentials, such as a cutting board, liquid hand soap, and some microwave safe serving bowls and cookware. These are easily solved issues, though, and once addressed this would be a 5 star property. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This place had everything you need for a comfortable stay in the kitchen was particularly well equipped. It’s only eight minutes into Moab and his conveniently located. Our only complaint was the proximity of Highway 191 – it is quite loud and constant traffic.

Fun in Moab
Our group of four ranged in age from 25 to 77. The house provided us with personal privacy while having adequate room for group activities. It was close enough to Moab to be convenient for all our activities but private enough to be a comfortable get away from all the hustle and bustle of a popular vacation destination.

This property was in a great location. Super close to central Moab. Very easy to get to a lot of the good trails. We did visit the pool and hot tub to finish off our trip! The house was clean and spacious enough for our group of 5! The large 2 car garage was perfect for our 4 utv’s. Would highly recommend!

Had a good time during our stay. Very comfortable and well equipped with basically everything you need. For the most part very clean and very well organized. You can tell the owners care to give their guests a great and welcoming stay. A few constructive points. Front door code didn't work ( garage was fine). Master bathroom toilet had dry pee on the seats. Luckily we had Clorox wipes and easy took care of it. The Nest code instructions didn't work. You actually did need a code and took us having to contact them to get the code. No biggie but always prefer to not have to make a call or send email. Nonetheless, again our family had an amazing time and are thankful for the hospitality!

Wonderful place to see the parks and retreat from the heat
We had a great stay at this property in June 2021. We loved the ready access to the town (not far) and the nearby parks of course. The place was comfortable, well appointed, and clean. We were especially appreciative of the good AC because it happened to be very hot during our stay. Only tricky part was the grill -- the right one didn't work at all and the left one was a little tricky to get lit and stay lit. But we were able to make it work. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing!
Our stay in Moab was just outstanding thanks to the wonderful home we stayed in. Super clean. Large enough for two families to share. Great bathrooms. Wonderful location right outside town with a great patio space that included visits from the neighborhood bunny and hummingbirds. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was organized and super easy. We would absolutely recommend everyone staying here and were really disappointed we had to leave. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home!

Comfy cozy!
We spent most of the days out on the trails but with the townhouse being just south of town it was easy to swing back for lunch before heading out on another adventure! We were able to park both 4door jeeps in the garage easily! (One on 2.5" and 35s and one on 3.5" and 38s) There was even room for us to leave our doors in the garage as well. The house was well equipped with Everything we needed to make our 2 week stay comfortable! The views of LA Sal from the master balcony were amazing as well! We will be back!

Great home base
We stayed for five days, using this condo as our home base. We were out by 7am each day and not home until after dinner so did little other than sleep, cook breakfast, and do laundry there. It had everything we needed and much more that we never used. It felt good to retreat each night from the hubbub of downtown Moab to this edge-of-town place. Excellent stargazing as well as daytime views.

We came to Moab to Jeep and Mt Bike and this was the perfect place. Plenty of room in garage for mt bikes and jeeps. Kitchen/Living space was spacious and allowed us all to be together for conversation over meals/drinks.

The house was overall great and accurately depicted in the pictures online. A few things to note - the house is right by the highway and from the master bedroom there is quite a bit of noise. Also, it would help if the owner leaves a small map drawing of the neighborhood so that renters can better understand where the pool is located. Also cleaning crew could have done a better job, there were dirty jackets left on the stairs when we arrived and no hand soap in one of the bathrooms.

Family National Park Christmas Vacation
The accommodations made our holiday vacation very pleasant, while we hiked and explored Arches and Canyonland. The condo was conveniently located just outside of downtown Moab, located in a quiet complex. Everything we needed was as described in the listing, and was very welcoming. We would recommend this condo to our friends and we would definitely return if our travels bring us back to Moab. Big thank you to the owners for making their home, our home for a couple of days!

This place was great. Close to town, clean, and great place with a family. Place was even better than we expected from the pictures and description. Easy distance to Arches and Cayonlands. The pool and hot tub we're still open and kids enjoyed swimming after going to the parks. We had a great trip.
